AnimeMania September 3 Author Share September 3 Wendie Malick as Barbara Moore, owner of Chicken Mimi’s, mother of Amanda and Mae I am hearing that they may have changed the name of Wendie Malick's character from Barbara Moore in the book to Gus in the TV Series. This is a strange change because there was a character in the book named Gus who was the son of the character, Amanda Pogociello, who might now only have one child, a daughter named Frankie. This will become clearer once the show is released. Link to comment
