The Cleo/Dora twist is so predictable that it feels anticlimactic.

Well, Reggie is a hero and Cleo gets her freedom with her boys. All comes with own price tag.

Maddie Morgenstern is an awful protagonist. She has learned nothing. She’s still a self-centered, opportunistic woman that we met in episode 1, even after getting a taste of her own medicine from Ferdie.

Lady In The Lake doesn’t need 7 episodes to tell its story.

I really wanted to like this series but I found it to be just ok. The only character I liked was Cleo. Maddie was just hard to watch. The performances were great but the story fell flat when everything was tied up on a nice, clean bow in the last episode.
