Meushell October 5, 2014 Share October 5, 2014 An important episode for Quark and the Cardassians, but kind of a boring one. Garak is really the redeeming part of this episode. Link to comment

An OK episode, but a little slow moving. We do get to see a different side of Quark. In "The Nagus" he got to be Don Corleone from "The Godfather" with the funny homage to the opening scene of the movie, where Quark strokes the Ferengi version of a cat, while handing out favors. Here he is Rick Blaine from Casablanca. I guess it was sort of a natural fit, an expatriate bar and casino owner in an exotic location full of political intrigue. Certainly a better fit that Don Corleone. Quark strike me as more of a Fredo type. :) Link to comment
