Hapless Seasons 1 (6 episodes) & 2 (8 episodes) will stream on April 10, 2024 on Peacock. This Comedy TV Series was originally titled The Jewish Enquirer before being changed to Hapless. Hapless streamed in the UK around 2021 on Prime Video, My5, and Netflix.

Hapless follows the misadventures of Paul Green, a single, freelance investigative journalist working for the fourth largest Jewish publication in the UK, The Jewish Enquirer. The show attempts to find the humor within themes of identity, culture clash, and the often blurred lines between ideological extremes.

Gary Sinyor as Sam, the (voice) of the narrow-minded editor of The Jewish Enquirer.

Tim Downie as Paul Green, a single, obsessive, gaffe-prone journalist working for a Jewish publication in the UK.  

Josh Howie as Simon, Paul’s neurotic best friend.

Lucy Montgomery as Naomi Isaacs (Season 1)

Jeany Spark as Naomi Isaacs (Season 2), Paul’s dominating sister, a foul-mouthed single-mother who regularly calls Paul to baby-sit.

My husband and I laugh until we cannot laugh anymore, and then we move on to the next episode.  We hold ourselves back from watching too many episodes because we will be sad when there are no more left to watch.
