[BUG, FIXED] Ad bar covering multiquote box

Hi, I just noticed this today...the ad bar across the bottom of the page, which I can normally close, is covering up the multiquote box so I can't click it, but I can't close that bar anymore, either, rendering the multiquote function useless.
