[BUG, FIXED] Title shows new unread content when there is none

Actually two related bugs.

On my home page, some shows are highlighted as having new posts, yet when you get to the main show page, there is no new content. Also, if there is any new content, when you enter that page and get to the bottom, you may see the option for "Next unread topic." Often, when you click on that, it takes you to a new page that says there is no new activity.

I've had several instances of this error in various forums. The one I remember well because it kept happening until I used "Mark read" to get it to stop was the Young Sheldon forum.

This is likely a legacy issue. Once you have finished reading on the site today, if you mark the site read, it shouldn't be a problem after that.
