It is streaming on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ around the rest of the world on December 7, 2022 with all 6 episodes released at the same time in Korean with English subtitles. The TV Series is directed by legendary Japanese filmmaker Takashi Miike. Connect tells the story of a new type of immortal human known as a "connect", Ha Dong-Soo, who is kidnapped by a gang of organ harvesters that remove one of his eyes. After waking up on the operating table part way through the surgery, Ha Dong-Soo is able to escape with the rest of his body parts. Ha Dong-Soo's missing eye is transplanted into the body of a serial killer, Oh Jin-Seop. Ha Dong-Soo can still see everything his detached eye sees and endures terrifying visions, witnessing the horrifying attacks that the serial killer perpetrates on the residents of Seoul. Determined to get back what was taken, Ha Dong-Soo pursues the killer, determined to retrieve his missing eye, taking whatever steps are necessary to make himself whole again. Jung Hae-In as Ha Dong-Soo, the kid with eyepatch, who awakens to find his eye missing but harbors a secret ability to immediately heal from any injury, no matter how life-threatening.
