S02.E03: Talk about the weather

The Foxes find refuge in an isolated jungle haven, but difficulties integrating with the community leave the family torn about whether to stay.

They arrive at Casa Roja, run by Allie’s friend Isela, a haven for refugees who fought corporate interests.

The Foxes feel at unease even though Allie and Margot pick up chores to contribute to the community.

Dina hates milking goats and has bleached her hair while Charlie spends hours in the jungle watching butterflies.

Allie sets out to build a solar generator while also securing some supplies to make his family feel at home in Casa Roja.

Only, Dina wants to get the fuck out.  As soon as she gets a fake passport which Allie had promised her, she’s going back to civilization.  But she discovers that Isela is selling off thE trawler, meaning they’ve checked into the fucking Hotel California, which as the song says they Can never check out.

She tells Margot that Isela is selling the trawler and Margot realizes she has to get her kids out — and she isn’t going to type papers with the old typewriter and a small library that Allie got her.

So she secretly refuels the trawler and plan to drug Allie but he discovers their ruse and have them watch the trawler sink.

The megalomaniac Allie Is back!
