SomeTameGazelle September 10, 2022 Share September 10, 2022 (edited) I'm still watching but I'm not a fan of the atmospheric music choices. I know they want me to feel dread but I was hoping for some more dialogue to illustrate characterization of the main characters in Midwich. The attendance at the pregnant women's meeting seemed extremely small to be all of the women of childbearing age (except the teenagers) especially since each had a plus one. The government did a terrible job planning and running the meeting. I did think the scene where Zoe wasn't able to get on the train was effective, but I missed where she was going and why. Anela January 13 Share January 13 I think Zoe was going to work. She said the baby didn’t want her to go to work, so she couldn’t get on the train. I’m just watching this now, before I lose AMC. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/133502-s01e02-in-this-together/#findComment-8553974
