resonance August 22, 2014 Share August 22, 2014 I don't understand why the show is being criticized for the Meredith-Benefactor reveal making no sense. The revelation was used as a cliffhanger for the finale. It only makes sense that the explanation comes next episode. I personally have no confidence in Davis' storytelling skills to rationalize the Meredith reveal; but, it is still too early to judge the entire season based on it. Link to comment

However, it's not early to judge the season based on everything else, like completely forgetting certain characters (Danny and Isaac just disappeared without any mentions, Allison's death has barely any meaning), sidelining Kira, giving Malia and especially Liam bit too much unearned screentime (debatable, but I feel both of them aren't that great to be so prominent), nonsensical teen!Derek storyline, Scott's inconsistent Alpha powers, contrived money problems and overall a pretty boring main plot. 2 Link to comment
