[BUG, FIXED] Multi-quote box cannot be closed

Since a Multi-Quote box's Close X is hidden by the Up Arrow unless you are at the top of the screen, often the user will click on the Multi-quote box to make it go away, which dumps the text into whatever reply box that the user has open.

Occasionally the user doesn't realize the text is now in the middle of a post. 
Recently, after discussion, the user fixed the post, but here's the discussion:

• This post mentions a way to close the buttonbut there isn't a way to close the Multi-Quote box, at least not in the IPS Default theme, if you are not at the top of a page.

Yes, the multiquote function can be glitchy in some circumstances. Thanks for letting us know, I'll put a ticket in with the devs, but I suspect this is going to be a case of wysiwyg until the next software update. Let's hope I'm wrong!
