[NOT A BUG] Installation error

I'm getting a Welcome to Invision banner when trying to access some pages. It's intermittent, but I have to back all the way out to my forum bookmark to try to access again. 

eta It's asking me to install something. I'm wary to do that!

Okay, this just started and I don't know what is causing it.

Whenever I click on the "next topic" link at the bottom of a thread, I get a welcome to Invision Community 4 message.

I have backspace and click on it again, to read the next topic. Or just go to the Home page and scroll to click on the thread.

Windows10/Google/PC

It stopped about 10 minutes after I posted about the issue above.

Same here. No problems since maybe an hour after I originally posted.
