The Assistant (2020)

The Assistant, which stars Julia Garner (Kimberly in The Americans), is flat-out terrific. It reminded me of Locke, the way it zeroes in on the world of one character, but in its own unique way. Matthew Macfadyen has an amazing scene in it, too.

Abuse has many faces.
