[NOT A BUG] Slow loading pages

For a few weeks or so, only on my phone,
connected to WiFi or using cell service,
(3-month-old iPhone 7+) 
especially in my stream,
individual pages load really slow. 
Maybe up to 30 seconds?

The pages are now loading without delay.
