[S10.E09: Andi Then There Were Three]

OMG Gaston! Totally. Also, Matt Dillon in "Something About Mary" when he gets those huge chompers. Has anyone noticed the odd way Josh walks? In his ill-fitting pants to the rose ceremony he looked like he was holding in a fart. 

 

Honestly I was stunned by Nick's body because it almost seemed to not align with what I've seen when he's clothed.

 

Agreed. The abs especially. And Andi was saying how hot his body was and I was just begging for some shirtless time with Chris. I did not like his crazy red pants and neon top and I did not like the story book and it was weird how the drawing of their bathing suits was so accurate? Like it had been done that day? And possibly not by Nick?  I also didn't like how he has to orchestrate everything like why did he have to tell her loved her against a tree? Why not just flow with the moment?

Honestly, he [Josh] came across as almost blank

 

He always looks blank.

 

I truly thought Josh had no idea who Eric was. Really, he was probably only with the show, what, a week, week and a half?

 

Someone above said that Chris was very calm, even-keel. I think almost too? I was dying for a little voice inflection and he barely laughed when his sisters joked that he "fought in public" on their date! ("You let one go?" sister asked) or that he only wore underwear to school for a spell. Although his even delivery made the "There's opportunity to be a homemaker" line especially hilarious.

Now I love the NFL like a crazy person but I found Josh's family to be ridiculous prioritizing Aaron's football career. What they are going to travel around the country every Sunday to watch him hold a clipboard? He's a rookie, take a relaxi-taxi. I really hope that the producers made Aaron give the toast. Andi was grumpy cat facing all over that date, whether bc Aaron was outshining Josh or bc he was outshining her, she still really does not give a good impression. And that's her listening face.

 

9-year-old: Why do you like my brother? GirlWhoObvsIsNeverAroundKids: "We have an emotional connection" She should have said his fluffy hair or something. PS didn't Nick's parents look super young? When did they get started???

 

Did the guys all go shopping together and each get a pair of those hideously colorful shorts in different colors of the rainbow? Someone call the panstapreneur.

Having gotten Chris this far, no way they were going to pass up the opportunity to do the "city girl goes to the farm" date next week

Nick is getting a bad edit for sure but Nikki got the same treatment last year I felt and we know how that turned out. Not love but she did win!

 

When Nick was stumbling over his words on the date was he really trying to say he knew he was going to marry her because he'd never seen anyone fall so hard for him before??! That's a confident man! The assured talk about their unborn children and such would freak me out, I was waiting for him to pull out the photo album where he'd mashed their baby pics together. He does nerdily gush when he talks about her, which makes me think he is sincere.

 

Arlington Iowa may be in the middle of nowhere but Farmer still wears like hot pink shorts and v necks so he's at least a little more cosmopolitan than you'd expect!

 

I liked Dylan's ponytail. A LOT. He was so Ed Burns hot to me although extremely boring except when pickling Brian.

I do not find Nick attractive at all. He reminds me of Peter MacNichol's character in Ghostbusters 2.  Seriously.

 

That was on this weekend and I instantly thought of Nick!

 

Andi's date with Cody was like a Make a Wish date. Reading his letter: "Wow Cody! Good job! Guess what? We get dinner now!!!!" And then complimenting his outfit? Which was an uncomfortably extremely deep v with a suit jacket? Gah. How could he keep his pitch going when she was all downturn mouth and acting like she was getting a migraine? Know your audience, homey.

 

I don't like Marcus or his creepy mustache. I laughed when JJ ramrod kissed her and she was like "oooph". She obvs didn't think that move was being a MAN. I don't think she is into Brian anymore and yes his poem was a total 10 Things rip off.

 

Way too much written word/poem reciting on this season. 

 

 

 

[S10.E05: Andi Et Les Beaux]

I'm glad she ditched Andrew, but I was sad for Patrick. Something about him I liked.

 

Me too. I just wanted to ruffle up his hair--it was always so slicked back. 

 

I did not like Andrew at all but I believed him when he denied saying that word. He seemed completely taken aback by it and he was much more defensive about the hostess number situation.

 

It bugs me when Andi does that knowing smug Grumpy Cat face. Like with Brian, calling him out on not grinding on her in the kitchen or finding the sexy in frog leg frying.

 

Cody is a cartoon, homey. My friend thinks he looks like a troll doll and the only reason I can fathom why Andi is keeping him around is because she thinks there's a jewel in his tummy.

 

 

[S10.E04: Patriot Love Games]

I hope everyone caught Cody's outfit when they arrived in tropical, romantic Connecticut: Scarf and hat and lens-less hipster glasses looking fully swole and cartoony. 

 

Brian draining threes & hitting that half-court shot was impressive. The WNBA girls were great--I loved that Josh knew who Elena Della Donne was and one of the girls, Lindsey Harding, was gorgeous, looked like Sanaa Lathan. I wonder too about the guys' jerseys--why the Rosebuds were professionally-made looking but the others were drawn on.

Josh in the darkened gym, grieving his basketball loss was absolutely hilarious. I hated that I thought JJ looked kinda cute in his uni and roughed-up hair.

 

Andi I thought never looked better than when in her workout clothes and then afterward at the party with her hair down but not so fluffed and primped.

 

I hate when people come on the Bachelor and just have to tell their life story or something dramatic.  Yes, down the line the person can learn about all of that, but they don't need to know it right away.  Let the person get to know your personality a bit first rather than being drummed over the head with the sad story on the onset.

 

I know Dylan kept saying he just HAD to tell her about his past and I didn't understand why. I have lost a sibling too and I just don't think you have to let your personal tragedies define you--let people get to know you. And also the personal tragedies are always told with these "It was a dark and stormy night" narratives. Why not just "I lost two siblings to drug addiction and it was incredibly painful." Later you can tell more. That's just me I guess. Maybe he's terribly depressed and that's why he needs to tell Andi his story? But why go on the show if you're in such a horrible place in life?

PetuniaP OMG "Fire Marshall Bill mouth"!!!! So true although it's not all the time or maybe Farmer McConaghey is just growing on me. Between Boys II Men & In Living Color & JJ as Bill Nye the Science Guy it's I Love the 90s around here!

 

I think the black as fave color was definitely an attempt at flirting, although weak. But I guess we can give her a pass bc I think she was hammered.

I'm sorry I just don't buy any woman would give Andrew their number unsolicited. Especially if they had heard him speak.

 

I didn't get why Andi was so convinced that JJ was so fun and funny. Every time I look at him I now think Liver Spots. Bald Head. She did not want to kiss him.

Agreed! He seems really needy and desperate "No one has what we have" Ahhhh. He prob already carved Andi 4 EVA on his chest like Mark Wahlberg in Fear.

 

My wife thinks he looks like a Leprechaun.  She thinks his ears are too big for his head.

 

Ha! Yes Nick has either a big head or big hair.

 

Loved the Boys II Men guys, they were hilarious. I liked when Eric said he touched his first butt to their music.

[S10.E02: 19 Bachelors Peacock]

Who was the other guy hanging out in the pool with Craig?   I wonder if he was egging him on to some extent, or was he trying to look out for him?

 

I thought it was the personal trainer himbo in the pool? I couldn't believe she kept him and the opera singer and axed the firefighter! Maybe she doesn't like tats bc I think the firefighter had a few. He also had hipster glasses but I could overlook that.

 

Tall Patrick and the basketball coach looked great in the strip show. Did it seem like the basketball coach had a black eye or something?

 

Craig loooved Josh! When Andi was talking to the group he even had his hand on his shoulder. When he sang his ill-advised song, he said he drank too much Firefly--isn't it Fireball?

 

The old married couple at the track was shamelessly planted. "How long have you been together?" asks the adorable old man in an adorable hat.

I wonder why the short episode? Especially after Juanuary included sooo many extras. Maybe they learned about over-pimping? 

 

I was so glad that it was Andi's sister came to help her and not her "best friend" Catherine/Des/Ashley/DogLover. Speaking of DogLover, hook her up with the Pantsologist STAT! Oh wait it was "Pantsapreneur" which is worse because we all know "entrepreneur" in BachWorld means "unemployed".

 

Tasos the wedding planner seemed to have an easy flow but he had super yellow teeth.

 

I was kind of going nuts for that Dylan guy, kinda reminded me of an Ed Burns. The farmer had kind of a McConaghey-ness to him.  I also like cookies and Marquel's dazzling smile but his suit was too tight for me to find him attractive.

 

And take a look at how short their skinny legged suit pants are

 

YES! And they were not only tight but short! Horrible look.

 

It was really sad when Eric was talking about his travels and how he will meet all his goals in two years. I really hope he doesn't last long just because it's painful to watch knowing his life got cut short.
