Each day this week, I waited for Meghan to return. When my father died, I was given three days off to "grieve." Those three days were filled with grief and all the work it took to planning his funeral, choosing his casket, and spending a lot of time on "mechanics" with very little time to think of anything else. I wonder if Meghan even begins to understand how different it is on her job. Taking an abundant time off to grieve and mourn. I think it would be really relevant if she were to come back to the show and speak on that exact topic. I wonder if she realizes that her ability to take so much time off does not reflect a large percentage of our country's people. I would love to see that addressed.

Haven't been here for quite some time but I saw that Sara was leaving. Does anyone know if this third hour of GMA will run right after the regular GMA? Here when I live, it's GMA and then Kelly and Ryan and then Dr Phil followed by The View. I read over most of the recent comments regarding MM especially. Boy howdy, am I with all of you! MM's problem in my opinion (well, one of many problems) is that she is not capable of arguing a point without making it personal. That's a real shortcoming and that shrillness is a result of that. I used to joke with my son that when he rode his bike to school everyday up Central Avenue in Phoenix that he ought to stop at the McCain compound and ask her if she wanted to come out and play. So glad he knew I was joking! I watched with interest when Cindy McCain appeared as a guest host. I've noticed that Meghan rarely shrieks into discussions concerning opioid abuse. I was hoping that when Cindy was on that she would address her own addiction and recovery. Especially because of the really serious offenses she committed but because of her wealth she was able to walk free. One more reason that health care for addicts is so important for the general populace to have the opportunities that she was able to take advantage of.

Perhaps I should be clearer on this. I divorced my ex in 1993 and at that time, in our state, there was no mandate to pay child support. We used one lawyer for both of us and there were no state mandated child support rules. We wrote up the paper work that we would share joint custody evenly and as such we also said that when our child was with me or him that we would take care of his needs while with us. I didn't pay child support and my ex didn't pay child support. One would have canceled the other out so it was pointless. And it worked quite nicely.

During the Vietnam War, putting the American Flag as a decoration on a shirt etc. was considered blasphemous. I can't remember for sure but back then I believe it was also illegal. Don't know about that anymore though. If I had a twitter account, I would post that as a reply to that photo.

If the audience at that first debate where the audience laughed at his sexist misogynist and homophobic ridicule at Rosie and shaming remarks created the outrage from Ryan, Cruz,GOP and the DNC, the public, the nation - he wouldn't be the candidate. Rosie O'Donnell has had to endure the sanctioned cruelties from the entire nation. Trump will never apologize to you. But may I as a heterosexual women who navigates the spaces of misogyny to my benefit - I AM DEEPLY SORRY ROSIE THAT YOU WERE HUMILIATED, SHAMED AND THAT YOUR BODY WAS TRAMPLED, ABJECTIFIED AND NO ONE CAME TO YOUR RESCUE.

I was watching ENews Live just now (don't hate me... nothing else on the tube) and they mentioned that Lamar Sally is suing Sherri for 75K more for his legal expenses while he sues her for increased child support. Man, I sure missed the boat when it came to asking for child support! No. Wait. When I divorced and my ex and I had joint custody, I said I wanted zero child support because the divorce was my idea and if I couldn't make it on my own then I would have to suffer the consequences. It is surprising how deciding to do that forced me to get my act together, get a better job, and to be the best mom I could be. My son is in his thirties now and one of the things he tells people who are going through their own divorces is the fact that his mom didn't rely on his dad but did it for herself. And the fact that he is married to a woman who has a great career and really admires her for her ambition doesn't surprise me. Lamar Sally doesn't need any more of Sherri's money. He should be ashamed of himself. But I think that was long gone before she even met him.

Since Raven was a child star, I think that maybe she was educated to keep an eye on your money that you earn. Child stars have been so screwed out of their money in the past and maybe her parents were different or whoever educated her about finances went overboard. And she is still affected by that. Sort of depression era parents who kept those same thrifty habits even when they had plenty of everything.

Don't get me wrong, I won't miss her at all. I did think her nod to the crew was gracious.

Honestly Raven looks very happy. And if this is true, I'm very happy for her. She seems very confident in her adios to the group and to the techies. That was a nice touch to acknowledge the crew.

Wow, everyone seemed to be out of sync. Wrong names for Will Forte's TV show... and Will properly correcting it (that was what he was there for, to promote the season's premier of his show) and then on and on with Whoopi's return comments. Will Forte is a really smart and nice guy. He was trying to give her a graceful ending by saying that even his mom uses the wrong name for the show sometimes but Whoopi wouldn't let it go. And so many pregnant pauses. As if the entire panel wasn't paying attention most of the time. My thoughts on why that was going on today? It seemed like there might be a bigger issue that the whole panel was aware of and thinking about and couldn't concentrate on who or what was in front of them. Show being canceled? One of the panelists seriously ill? Gossip that has upset them? I could be wrong but something seemed to have distracted all of them.

I would love it if just one time Joy who was raised a Catholic would look at CCB and remind her which Church compiled the Bible. You want to see steam come out of the ears of someone like CCB? Try drilling down with the fact that the early Catholic Church decided what books would be in the bible and which would not be and put those books together. Evangelicals often don't even count Catholics as Christians. Ignorant of the fact that all of their churches descend from each other and ultimately descend from Catholicism? C'mon Joy, just once...

OK. Color me absolutely ignorant. PUSH PRESENTS??? What the fuck? Yes, now I do know what they are thanks to someone on the panel explaining what they are. I am fucking tired of pregnant naked big belly photographs of pregnant women. I am sick sick SICK of the phrase "we're pregnant" - uh no, your husband is NOT pregnant, you are. I am sick of seeing wedding pictures of women in maternity dresses - puleez, get a big bouquet and place it strategically in front of your stomach. I am sick of women thinking they deserve a gift after breast feeding for a month... hey, not everyone can breastfeed and about the only gift I would have wanted was a nursing bra that didn't look like some sort of military/Janet Jackson garment. Sarah does not seem to be a happily married woman. She blurts out things about her husband that border on something you might tell your best friend and not millions of viewers. During the cooking segment honest to god it appeared like the poor thing must be dieting all the time and when that delicious food was in front of her she just lost it. (I don't blame her though. It looked totally delicious). Raven's hair today. It made her face look especially square when she grimaced at the cooking segment. And spitting on your hands? Good lord. And Joy. Oh my God. She has the patience of a saint. Being shut down or disagreed with every time she opened her mouth. Believe me, that is NOT her normal demeanor.

And that makes sense why Tiffany Trump isn't in lockstep with her dad or her half siblings. Imagine knowing that your dad didn't want you from the get-go and now he is advocating for abortions to be outlawed. A lot of people have said that she seems to be the 'outsider Trump' and the 'less-than-cherished or less than intelligent Trump'. Maybe she is all of those things but maybe she is not and just playing her life close to her vest. I loved the last debate where she deftly rebuffed his fish lips coming at her but did it in a way that wouldn't get FOX news in an uproar. She looks a lot like her mother whereas Ivanka has that icy resemblance to her own mother. I guess I should cut this short by saying that Candace ought to dig deeper in her only belief that she can hang her hat on concerning Trump. If she knew that he wanted Marla to abort Tiffany - and then see Tiffany and what an independent child she is, on her own at University etc. - that one thing Candace embraces would be shot to hell.

MY bad. It was Kayleigh McEnany who was wearing Sarah's birthday dress on CNN for the post debate show. Sarah's recycled birthday dress
