"I think that's the first time they stunt casted a corpse. People will tune in just to see this." I can't remember who, where, and when but remember hearing that actors, even famous ones, wanted to do this
-
geez, you talk about trying to ruin an episode ten seconds in for me first time in 24 seasons
-
not only a non-trial episode but heavy on action, which was well done but don't want the show to go too far in that direction
-
how does a witness just stroll out of an interrogation room and onto the streets?
-
don't usually care about ID'ing the killer, actively try to avoid it, but nailed the undercover/murderer...that argument with the female undercover on the street felt too weird...with all the undercover cop scenes over the years on L&O I don't remember any of them fighting with each other trend toward action/running continues please go back to an hour with regular cast Shaw MIA again p.s. next week is a repeat of this season's episode 3, with Riley and his brother
-
it's clear Wolf and others had a conversation that ended with 'we need more action', every week...astonishing to me, never would have predicted it
-
my mom hated those crossovers with Baltimore...given how many people here hate Benson I imagine this week could get nasty remember the three-parter in/with L.A.?...with the murderer film director of course there was Logan's two hour special after he left...never liked that one I do prefer everything tied up in an hour
-
fyi....next week's episode is a crossover with SVU, and it's two-parter...the first hour is L&O, followed by SVU for its conclusion...I don't think any of L&O is on the second part, but not sure

run baby run

alert: no new show next week...Suits is on NBC p.s. did anybody have trouble logging on Saturday?...my computer said it wasn't secure
-
what was the other episode where they didn't give a verdict or had the Sopranos finale-like ending? and again, does anybody have an answer as to why in the reboot the prosecution also stands with the defense when the verdict is read but in the original only the defense stood?...thanks
-
yeah, the judge was ridiculous...McCoy would have ripped his head off and probably gotten a mistrial which he wanted
-
Laila, and the transvestite killer as the defense's main witness? this was a huge episode for them...Wolf clearly wanted to get out ahead of an actual trial in real life and ended up doing something the show had never done before I believe, a Sopranos like ending where is Mechad? good action chase scene, have to admit wanted a question answered for a while for our legal experts here...why, in the reboot, does the prosecution stand for the verdict with the defense?...used to be only the defense...has something changed in the justice system to require this, particularly in NYC?

"I would’ve loved a conversation between Lennie Briscoe and Adam Schiff" idk, NBC might have kicked them off the show to start a sitcom with them :)

was wondering how they were doing so did a little research and found this... https://tvseriesfinale.com/tv-show/law-order-season-24-ratings/ seems like they've picked up from the beginning of the season but a little behind last season not a ratings expert...how would you say they're doing?...enough to guarantee another season? and do they compare favorably to the other L&O shows or other hour long drama shows on the big 3/4 broadcast networks? does Peacock viewership factor in these too?
