My mother in law, God rest her soul was a thin woman but was not supposed to eat crap because it would upset her gut. But she thought if she just had a tiny piece it would be ok. And never on a plate, because a plate meant she was eating. I watched her consume an entire angel food cake at my house in an afternoon. I also watched her eat a 2 pound box of Godiva chocolate truffles, one by one over the course of a weekend. But she was confused because she only had a tiny bit.

How can she be confused? She knows what she's eating
