Maria is totally lying about never being on the Maid of the Mist.  How come they didn’t get to wear the hot pink rain jackets?  And when did they change to pink?  They’ve always been blue.

I went to Niagara last summer. On the American side, we wore blue. But the Canadian boat looked like they were wearing red. Maybe it was a pinkish red?

I'm getting ln line for wanting to know what was said on that group chat.  While they did tell the parents about the gift exchange, that wasn't an invitation for Robyn to come in and start stirring the pot.  It sounded like she wanted a Zoom call right then and there to organize everything (and stick her nose in), but in all likelihood, several of the participants were not in a position to get on a Zoom call while they could send a quick message in chat.  Of course when everyone didn't immediately jump to do what she wanted, she started playing the victim and saying they didn't love her or her children.  I suspect some of them had enough of her at that point and the gloves came off.  I also wonder what Gwen said that escalated things.  Either way, it must have been bad because Christine was not optimistic that everyone could work things out.

I thought Robyn was probably trying to have everyone schedule a Zoom for some date in the future, after all gifts had arrived at their intended destinations, so that everyone could open their presents together. Then, when people were trying to say there just was no way they'd ever be able to find a time when everyone was available, she acted like she was being persecuted. This probably triggered many of her stepkids who, since they were texting, found it easier to text some zingers that they may not have said out loud in a conversation. I bet it got ugly fast. And the side-texting between siblings was probably even worse.

There will be tears. There will be regret. There will be hollering. There will be insults that fall flat. There will be someone sent home night 1 who will try to make a name for himself. There will be bloopers of people screeching at bugs.

Haaaaa, this should have come with a spoiler alert! Lol

  4. Kody just wanted it to not be his fault. He didn't deny that what she was saying was true, just that he didn't use certain exact words. Who cares how exactly you put it or whether you remember things the same way? The fact is, it's all true. He just wants to be absolved of any responsibility. He thinks he sacrificed everything for her - what he sacrificed for her, I am not sure. Just let her go, Kody.

I took a Transatlantic cruise last spring and it was fabulous.  However, I wonder how many audience members will be able to take it due to work, schedules, etc. (and I wonder if they have to pay their own airfare which could be significant as they would need to fly one way to Europe).  I still think that we, the viewers, should also get the free cruise.  It only seems fair as we sit through this week after week...

They could have at least drawn a few names of people from #BacherlorNation. It wouldn't have been me, but that would have been nice.

Chris S. has a real Michael Scott vibe going tonight.

I thought this when he was giving his big speech too! Also, Rick reminds me of Jim Halpert with different eyes.

P.S. Make sure your lawyer knows how much Kody and Robyn's house is worth. ;)

The thing is, Christine has no legal claim to anything that is Kody's because she was never married to him. She can get child support though, right? Two of the kids are still minors, but the money would be theirs and not hers.

That is so far from what I want to see when spending the night away from home that it might as well be on Mars. I know some people like that old timey stuff but it gives me the willies.

I feel like I need to go there, spend a night, and report back for everyone's sake. Like, this could be my calling.

But can you imagine renting a room here on a Friday night, hearing some screeching from the yard, and peeling back the dusty drapes to find your hostess and her Z-list celebrity friend peeing themselves with laughter as they struggle to adjust their camera phone and record themselves for two hours?  Good luck getting anyone to fetch you some extra towels or give you directions to the nearest bar.

I'll run right out there there and get in on the action. I promise. But, I might be drinking.

Just watched the episode about that poor hairdresser, Patrice Endres. I know there were other killers suspected, one with the confession, that were not ruled out. But my GOD, her husband was CREEPY AF. Wanting her REMAINS to be displayed? Picking up the skull and talking to it? Locking her beloved teenage son out of HIS own house right after her death?! Sleeping with her ASHES?! And saying he would never share the ashes, "particularly with Pistol"? FUCK HIM. And why didn't the SON have first rights to her remains? Or her father?

Even with his time stamps and all of his other verbal diarrhea, I don't find it hard to imagine that he had some involvement. I also doubt it was coincidental that TWO separate friends of hers told the cops the same thing: To look at Rob.

Considering the jealousy he displayed because she dared to love her own damned son and his wacko statements, I still do not discount - even if he did not do the actual murder - that he had Patrice killed. Because a jealous guy like that typically does not take rejection well. And I seriously doubt the intent to divorce him was "new information", as he put it.

This guy is almost as creepy to me as Jule Caylor in the original series.

As for poor Pistol Black, I hope he has found a measure of peace somehow. Thankful that he still had his father (and grandfather).

But Rob is a lunatic. And I have zero doubt that he had some sort of involvement.

The thing that I just couldn't understand was how Rob was saying he was sleeping with the ashes, but then opened the box saying it was the first time he ever saw the ashes. Did he mean that he slept with the box, but never opened it to look?

Watching Trista's season now.  It's so weird to hear one of these women who don't have vocal fry or a baby voice.  She has a real adult woman's voice.  It's so rare.

I remember Trista being raked over the coals for always baby-talking. "For her part, Trista talked in that baby-talk coo more frequently as the previous weeks — and the last show — went on. " Article from EW 2003

I think the dog barking during Frog's front porch robbery was a tip off to Bow Wow.

The clue about Turtle, that they gave during the after show pretty much sealed it that he's Jesse McCartney.

Can you say what the clue was? I didn't see the after show. I have though Jesse McCartney for a while now too and can't believe the panel isn't all in on him.

Julia is quite good looking as well. Thing is, she seems familiar, and I think she looks like a celebrity, but for the life of me, I can't think which one.

I think Julia looks a lot like Hannah Brown. Maybe a mash up of Hannah Brown and Claire Crowley.

Why did she think Brandon was going to have a long talk about still pursuing their relationship when all he said to here was he wanted to talk to her in a bit? It didn't occur to her that he wanted to talk to her about why he picked Savannah instead of her?

How are these people prepped to sing these songs with no warning about what the songs will be? They know all the lyrics and where to put emphasis on certain lines and syllables. Like, they don't miss a beat. I wonder, were they all given a list of songs and music and told to be ready to sing any of them at any time?

Sobbin had *7* bedrooms.  She and Kootie get 1, Dayton gets 1, Aurora gets 1, Breanna gets 1, Aureola gets 1, Master gets 1.  That leaves a spare.  Meri could have stuck her shit in a storage locker and slept in Sobbins guest room.  Unless it was set up as a new nursery.  I am convinced she is pregnant.  Need another tax benie.

    What about Mindy?

I am still in shock that they thought this was a good idea before the houses were sold in LV.  Why the hell did they let him go ahead and do this??  I know Kody is the "leader of the family" but those women are strong.  I am surprised Christine did not just put her foot down and say, "no way in hell."

This is what I will never understand and keep waiting for one of the people in the family to wonder out loud. Putting aside that they were fine in Vegas, why did they move to Flagstaff before they built on that property?

Also, they don't seem to get that their need for great space is dwindling. I think 6 of those 18 kids are grown and out of the house, which should leave them with 12 kids at home. Four homes and 12 kids isn't a need for enormous homes, right?

The show is stressing me out so much that I simply would not watch if I found it both incredibly upsetting AND incredible (beyond belief).  My advice is genuine - stop watching if you think it's silly or ridiculous.  Why would you stick with it, if you are not also entertained?

    I mean, right??

I realized last night that about 50% of the time I spend watching a S2 episode, it's with my jaw wide open.  Like, holy crap...whoa...no....wtfffuuu-....o.....my...........gawwwd!! When Celeste slapped Marie Louise I almost fell off the couch.  When Marie Louise came back with, "What do we call that?  Foreplay?" my eyes nearly jumped out of their sockets and ran away screaming.

She's too much.  ML is toooooo much for me.

I'm enjoying it too. I have realized I can't watch it right before bed though because I take on their stress and have trouble sleeping, like their problems are real to me.

I think my sister spent $3000. My BiL called me to tell me about it, he found the charge on their credit card.   I think she did it in the forehead.

There's no way. Botox on the forehead would cost her about $100. She lied about what she spent that $3000 on.

  16. When Hannah was showing befuddlement about how "this worked" for other bachelorettes because she clearly wasn't understanding why she wasn't just naturally falling in love with multiple people at a time or whatever, it struck me that it's not the show that "works" or not, but the people on it have to really want to work for each other. She seems to think all she should have to do was show up and look good so that the the show could magically "work." She's shocked that she and the men have to put some effort into their relationships. No, the show doesn't "work." Nothing "works" in good relationships except two people who are committed to staying together and supporting each other through hard times.

ETA:  Oh yeah, forgot one more thing I meant to mention.  In general Robyn should keep her gob shut because she's either repeating verbatim something someone else already said, or she's inserting herself into someone else's experiences.  But she needed to tone down the 'tude when the producer asked if the reason why they don't walk down the aisle in their religion is to avoid upstaging the other wives.  Defensive much, Robyn?  The entire premise of your show is that you live a much different lifestyle than the rest of us ignorant monogamists, so when the opportunity arises you should be prepared to describe those differences in an educational way and understand that the rest of us simply aren't familiar with your traditions.  A straightforward, "We perform a sacred temple ceremony, which we keep private, and a walk down the aisle is simply not part of the proceedings," which is where Christine seemed to be going, would suffice.  I thought the producer's question was perfectly reasonable.

Does anyone know what actually happens in this AUB wedding ceremony that they think is such a great secret? I have been searching around the Google and can't find anything of substance. I would really love to know what they think is so sacred. I suspect it is quite demeaning to the women, which might be why they are threatened with an afterlife in hell if they talk about it. There have to be people who have left the faith who talk about though.

They didn't adopt from the same family they married within the same family as adults. Lindsay’s mother’s adoptive parents and her father’s biological parents  are the same people so she only has one set of grandparents.

Don't people get adopted by their grandparents pretty frequently when their parents either die or are incapable of raising them for some other reason? How does this relate to her and Curtis Stone?
