Just finished Defending Jacob last night - great show but I couldn’t get past one huge error I’m surprised Producer/writer could’ve missed. In Episide 2 the Father (Chris Evans) is watching the search in the park and gets called back to his office where he’s told Jacobs fingerprint was on the victims hoodie tag. How’d they match it to Jacob when they never fingerprinted him as he wasn’t a suspect and he’s certainly not in the “system” at age 14??
