I must say, I was a bit disappointed in the handicap space beat down case.  With all the assholery provided by the lovely defendants, not even one 'outrageous' from JJ???  I wanted so badly for them to get a tongue lashing to beat all tongue lashings, but it didn't happen.  And they were so proud of themselves in the interview at the end...they certainly learned nothing from the proceedings.  *sigh*

I think he originally DID have the money to afford the dog. He fell on hard times. He obviously loved (Daisy?) or he wouldn't have put her in a kennel but abandoned her to a shelter. I think JJ was at her best, finding Daisy an awesome home with someone on her staff AND the family had the opportunity to know where their dog is. I can't even begin to imagine having to rehome my dog, so I was sad for them, but hooray that Daisy will have a good life.

Yeah, you are correct.  He did obviously love the dog, and going by the dog's reaction, it was mutual.  This was JJ at her best, I think.

 

The hair on both parties in the grandma/granddaughter case was mesmerizing, but not in a good way.  When JJ told the granddaughter again to stop playing with her hair, and then added that it was beautiful, I almost choked.  The granddaughter really has no sense of responsibility at all.

So many dog cases lately!  Very boring.  The one with that basset hound was very sad, but I applauded JJ in finding him a home.  If you can't afford a pet, or you don't have housing that allows for pets, don't get your child a pet.

 

Finding Googly Eyes during new episodes should be somewhat entertaining.

The cousins case was weird...I don't get why she wouldn't have gone after the guy in the first place.

 

Having once seen Googly Eyes, its hard to not keep looking for her!  How does she have so much free time to be there?  Maybe one day she will have an actual case!  lol

Was she the one who kept trying to talk over JJ? I turned off an episode because I can't stand when people do that, and that may have been the one.

 

Yes, she did.  And JJ told her that it wasn't looking good (for her case) and she replied 'I disagree'.  lol  If the judge who is determining the winner/loser of the case states it's doens't look good for you, then it doesn't look good for you.

Take a look at the KoQ in the media thread...it explains what has happened to the show.  I am surprosed as I liked Kim.  This episode is one of 3 previously not shown.  My understanding is that the show was cancelled. 

 

I wished the show didn't decide to take the 'Dance Mom's' route with the fake drama of 'rival' coaches going head to head at the pagent.

I read the posts here before watching the shows at night, so I really noticed the plaintiff with the tipped back head.  Since I watch right before going to sleep, I some times miss these details.  It really bothered me for some reason, but I am glad she got some money back.  My math is shaky at times too, but yeah...not a 60 year old car.

 

The pig and the cat plaintiff needed to be bitch slapped off the show.

Long time lurker making my first post!  I just cannot contain myself any longer.  :-)

 

I watched one yesterday that I had not seen before.  Airline pilot is being sued by an ex for $5k that she gave him as he came back from a consulting job in Africa where he didn't get paid.  Anyhow, he subsequently got another job for his firm and never paid her back.  JJ kept asking him 'if some BUM didn't pay your daughter back, how would you  react?'  She stressed BUM everytime, and every time I giggled.

 

The one from a few weeks back where the parties only had to pay $55/ month to keep a horse made me really wonder where the hell that stable was at, as $55 a month doesn't even get me all the food my horse needs.
