There are any number of reasons Hollywood storylines are not being used as much. Perhaps any HW folks connected to current housewives do not want to get involved with the show with it's current reputation. It could be damaging to one's career. And involvement at this time could also be detrimental to one's business or charity as well.
If that's the case then it doesn't matter who they bring on or who is already on the show.

Getting rid of the bullies would certainly make a great all around change in the show.
I'd guess the showrunners, since they basically decide what the season's "stories" will be. It seems like we're now stuck in a mix of a season long _______-gate story mixed in with Game of Thrones-style "who is the HBIC". The first few seasons did feel a bit more organic with how things played out.

Because there are HWs with HW connections already on the show. For whatever the reason, barring Jamie Lee Curtis coming on to promote her movie, whoever is in charge of the show isn't showing us these connections.
Changing the HWs won't change anything, the showrunners/producers are the ones who need to be changed.

Doesn't matter. It was the name calling that did her in. She could stayed quiet or issued a generic "We all have different opinions blah blah blah respect each other blah blah blah". Instead she went on a nasty rant and got her herself off of QVC.

Well, my assumption is it has nothing to do with Musk.
And her problems with the QVC contract was that she openly insulted the QVC viewers, and not for their political views.
