Kiko was a good man who was constantly undermined and sabotaged by Micromanger Trashbag Sandy. With a little support and encouragement he could have been one of the best chefs in Below Deck. He worked closely with his Chief Stew and didn’t give her attitude. He was open to suggestions perhaps too much as he was led astray.He would have been much better off cooking Brazilian style dishes or even bringing in local Spanish favorites as he did when he made paella.
On the last night the guests called for him to take a bow. He should have said “Thanks guys but the Captain fired me because she said my food is no good.”

I think Malia is out of line.
She is pretending to be Hannah’s friend and then she rats her out to the Captain. She just wants to help her pal Bugsy get the gig. Those two are as thick as thieves.
Hannah is obviously depressed. Her one peer on the boat that she got along with was sabotaged and undermined by the likes of Bugsy and Malia. Then when she was sad in the privacy of her bathroom she was informed on by the Captains lickspittle.
Obviously they are setting her up too!

Malia is a snake.
She spent the whole episode kissing Sandy’s ass and telling her she is a great captain! With Bugsy and Alex right there in the Amen corner.
Plus she maneuvered to get her boyfriend hired. Kiko walked off the ship with one of Malia’s knives in his back.
Based on the preview Hannah is next.. Malia couldn’t wait to run to tattle to Sandy about what happened to Hannah in a private matter.

I saw a preview where Sandy threatens Kiko and tells him to leave his emotions in his bunk and go out and cook even though she is firing him.
