It's annoying that she cant ho one episode without mentioning his name. He can go days without thinking of her and doing shit with no regard of her.

I hate this story because the writers are trolling. They are letting sam say these things knowing damn well she will excuse it and romanticize it. It's more important too them to keep jason unhindered than it is to write Sam with self respect.

I think they were attempting to reiterate why carly belongs in the story. But it was nice reading here and other places how jason and carly stuck out like a sore thumb in all this. The naive part of me hopes the writers take note and pull back on their involvement in things in the future but i doubt it.

Ugh. I saw a clip of jason & Julian. I HATE this bastard. How is threatening julian gonna help? Seriously? And people are like wait til jason finds out about Jonah. Oh really? As crazy as nelle was, giving her kid to Brad was the most sane thing she did. Not wanting her kid raised by those wolves is the best thing for her kid. It was the same logic carly used when she lied about Michael and gifted him to Jason to keep him away from AJ & the Quartermaines. AJ's biggest crime at the time being that he was an alcoholic. Meanwhile, Carly was pushing her son on two mobsters and Robin was vilified for telling AJ the truth. Like someone explain to me how alcoholism, which is a disease, trumps a mobster who had been manic depressive for years before being diagnosed with bi polar disorder? Carly and jason rationalized his dark periods for years. And in the end, michael ended up shot in the head and raped in prison. And yet, sonny still got to kill AJ. It's just like this show to forget that sonny hung AJ from a meathook and forced him to sign over his rights. Carly, jason and sonny are in the business of stealing people's kids. Will carly forget she & jax tried to steal Spencer from Nikolas? Sorry for the rant but Im not here for julian to get railroaded AGAIN by these lames.

I just want to know what Steve, Mo and Laura have on these writers. Before we knew Bob Guza was obsessed with them but is he ghost writing because good lord. The need to put Jason in everyone's story. And like you said, others spend months laying the foundation and then he comes in with his stupid gun to fix everything. He walks in demanding answers to save his stupid friend who wouldnt be in trouble if she had just minded her business. She doesnt like Ava, thats fine. But essentially stealing her kid with her m***** husband....as if carly would let someone take her place in her children's lives. The entitlement irks me. A show cant function this way where everything is slanted in heir favor. As much as i want oscar dead, we know jason will get inserted in that. Drew spent months with that kid and his boring mother, listening to that kid go on and on about foolishness. Jason has TWO episodes with oscar and oscar made him executor of his will. Not his lawyer. Not his grandmother. Not the mother of his sister. Jason's dumbass. So the kid kicks it, jason gonna come around as if he even gave a shit about this kid. As shitty as Ron C was as headwriter the one thing he did right was pull back on carly/jason/sonny.

Lol! I think the scriptwriters write in silos. They are just so unaware of the past stories or where shit is going.

As a woman of color i would live to see more representation. But I also dont want to see caricatures. I feel like the old TJ and old Jordan had good chem but the recasts seem disconnected. The more this cult thing goes on the lamer it sounds lol.

Ugh. Another thing I hate. Sam has no friends of her own. Lol like REAL friends. She is connected and so disconnected to the canvas. From what it seems she is either in scenes with Jason, carly, Kristina or Shiloh or dayplayers. Rarely with anyone else not Jason adjacent. Alexis - rarely molly - Never Curtis - Her business partner she never sees Drew - never julian - never. Last time was when she yelled at him to leave sonny's house lucas - never. She is the godmother to a kid she also doesnt see. maxie - never Her most balanced writing was when her and jason break up or when he was dead.

Lol His shirt is obnoxiously tight. I think they had jason in a family way on purpose because of the truths Kristina said about putting carly ahead of sam/kids. We all know its true so the show tries to combat the image without really having him choose. And Sam really has no standards. She wants whatever Jason wants at this point. They have really done a number on her character the last year. It's sad to see. ITA about the Shiloh story. It seems like Sam is running after her grown ass sister who hasnt grown up. Molly is more mature. Her parents dont care and dont care to follow up so why does Sam at this rate? If this guy was linked to her past, then why isnt her past a real factor? It's just so stupid. It sucks she cant get anything else but this crap while jason is shoved everywhere.

I feel like they are going out of their way to keep sam isolated to this cult story and jason. It's crazy how they cut off all contact with drew considering they share a child. No other soap does that. So i do wonder if something happened behind the scenes. Like someone decided to cut all ties. But for what purpose? The short clips i saw of Laura and Felicia were fantastic. Im glad they got their moments.

Hey guy! First time poster, long time reader. I actually stopped watching months ago but kept up more or less because of your recaps and comments. It's like you guys have a road map of my brain. The Ryan stuff was boring up to last week or so. Im glad genie and Jon are getting so much play. I hope they arent shoved in a closet after this. the cult stuff is TERRIBLE. I was/am a big fan of Sam and Drew/Sam so i really thought it would move them closer to sharing air space but the recaps dont seem to show that they have or ever will at this point. Jasam is so dry. If it's true nina is moving to Jax at least that is different and he wont be swallowed by carly again. Nothing is really pulling me back in though.
