All I know is that she started making shirts while she was cheering because she was giving them as gifts. So the company was there but she didn’t formally announce it was her company until she retired. I hope this makes sense.

Did she start her business before or after her one year with the Mavs?
I know that she “announced her retirement” in February and she didn’t accept the job to work on the movie until a few months later, so I don’t think it had anything to do with that since the movie came later. What I’ve heard is you have to finish out your contract until auditions start, so maybe that is around May. She needed to leave town end of April, so she asked to turn in her uniform early and they were upset about that. When I asked Sydney about that she said she could have been rude and kept the uniform, and just travel back and forth and not told anyone about her new job on set, but she always followed the rules the best she could so that’s why she asked to turn in her uniform early. She thought it would be a good thing, but in the end they were upset about it and she didn’t get a good exit. She has told me she still talks to Kelli & Judy and even though it wasn’t the best exit, she never did anything that she is isn’t proud of and she gave up a lot during those 7 years. She is content with where she is now and happily moved on.
As for her business she launched in 2015 after she retired as a DCC and before the Mavs. She didn’t want it to take off because she was a current DCC so she waited until she retired to announce it was her company and the name of it.-

Let me start by saying Kelli never asked her to retire. Once she was ready to hang up her boots she notified Kelli like all the other girls do. She was ready after year 7 to move on to bigger and better things like starting up her very successful business.

Love that she looking relaxed and happy. It’s nice to see a squad that doesn’t always look tense and robotic. I’m starting to like this squad more and ,ore each day. I actually like the uniforms.

Not many people retire early these days and you make it seem like being in your upper 50’s is old and you need to travel now while you can, because when you are 65 you are all washed up and need to stay home and play dead. 😂😂 I know many young, unhealthy people and also know many older individuals who you probably couldn’t keep up with. Kelli strikes me as ahealthy business woman who wouldn’t be happy to sit home and eat bon bons 🤷♀️ 😂

Kelli is only in her late 50’s. She has a long way to go before retiring in my opinion.

Haley has marketing experience which is a big part of Kelli’s job and she has been working closely with Kelli over the last two years so anything’s possible.

I feel the same way. I have lost interest and not sure if I’ll even watch the show either.

I do like Madeline and Tori but at this point I’ve lost interest. I have no desire to wait until mid September to see what happened. The spoilers are what kept me interested until the show airs and since we haven’t gotten many of them, my interest is gone. I do thank you @lemonbus230 for the bits you have shared

I just love numbers which is why I have this little obsession about the board. Just had a quick glance and some of the things I noticed straight away:
- the numbers 76-100 are never used
- One of the biggest gaps in season 11: no numbers between 340 and 497
- they quite regularly skip at least 70 numbers
- I clearly remembered the numbers of 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 which is used exactly like that in S12 and 14. But most of these numbers show up on the boards of seasons 1,2,5,7,10,12,13 and 14
- If I had to pick a number that pretty much guarantees a pass, I’d go for 1, 6 or 7 with 10 passes each out of 14.
Maybe I am reading too much into them but I think it is safe to say that they use numbers up until in the 600s with less than 300 actual candidates (based on the head counts some of us did, may even be lower, can’t remember)
Shelley said once that they skip numbers because there are so many different tables.

The calendars in my opinion is geared towards a specific gender and I’ll leave it at that. It’s definitely doesn’t empower women on any way, shape or form. 🤷🏼♀️ You are not alone and it’s not everyone’s cup of tea including myself.
