1. Santana works at a public relations firm in New York, representing high profile clients. At some point, around age 30, Santana realizes that she's an adult, but Brittany is never going to grow up past age 7. She leaves her and eventually meets someone who is as bad ass as she is and finally gets to enjoy not being a 24 hour caregiver for an adult toddler. 2. Puck gets dishonorably discharged from the military for taking a plane for a joy ride, tries to make it in New York like all of the rest of his glee club peers did, but burns through what little money he had and moves back to Lima to revive his pool cleaning business. He's known as the creepy old guy who you go to to buy your beer among the teenagers. 3. Quinn is off and on with Puck for a couple years, before realizing that he's an idiot. She takes some time off to find herself, and ends up bed hopping her way through Europe. She sleeps with men and women, but refuses to call herself bisexual. She hardly ever comes back for glee club reunions, because fuck those guys who were more concerned with Blaine's brother than her being run over by a truck. 4. Rachel, Jesse, Kurt, and Blaine live next door to each other in Manhattan and have dinner together every night and raise their kids as siblings, and live creepily ever after on Broadway. 5. Mercedes shows up on buzzfeed lists about once a year for her one-hit wonder success with 'Hell to the No'. 6. Mike Chang is never heard from again. They all just kind of forget he exists. 7. Artie becomes a successful indie director but then gets disgraced in a sexual harassment scandal. 8. Sam stays in Lima as the football coach, marries some nice girl, has a couple kids, and lives a nice simple life. 9. Tina tries her hand at acting, but ends up in New York, performing off-off Broadway. 10. Finn appears as a ghost in Will's dreams from time to time. Will's nuts, but so is Emma, so their marriage works out fine.
