  1. The chefs all look exhausted.  I will hate to see any of them go.   Michelle, Danny and Dan were the favorite dishes.   Manny, Savannah and Soo are on the bottom.

I love Gail's dress, but she should have used sunblock.

I'm surprised Danny's carrot salad would be that good, I've never had a decent carrot salad.   Art Smith annouces the winner, Danny.

Manny, Savannah and Soo, I hate to see any of them go to LCK.  Manny didn't do well in the QF, or the fish boil.  Soo gets lots of criticism too.  Soo to LCK.  Savannah was saved by winning the quickfire.

  2. I am terrified after watching the previews of the fish boil, and the kerosene tossing.     Do any of the chefs move fast enough for that?  Especially Dan, actually I'm terrified for all of them.

The previews of next week aren't making me want to watch.

  3. This was filmed a year after David's original episode. He started at 763 lbs. David was approved for surgery, showed up at the hospital with a 38 lb gain, and surgery was cancelled.  Then he wants to get approved again.

Those giant chairs in the office waiting room certainly are rugged.

Syreeta is from Columbus, OH.  She's mobile, and I love that, plus she's one of the few that received the memo about wearing a bra.    She started at 603 lbs.  I love when she's going up the steep hill, and then rolls down just for fun.   She didn't start off to well, but she got back on track.

Both of them grew up in foster care.

David qualifies again, and then has a pre-surgery weigh in. He gains 21 lbs. and Dr. Now goes off on him.

1 year 2 months Syreeta is pregnant.

David is now living in his van by the beach.   He's still living in the van, and Dr. Now is worried about how David can cope with some helpers still living in the van.  David has one last chance, 30 lbs. in 3 months or he's out of the program.

Why is Syreeta going to Florida for treatment?   MD Anderson is right in Houston.    She's leaving the program for now, but is cheating.

David 1 year & 5 months, still in a van by the beach.  He's sitting sideways to drive.

Syreeta moved to Largo Fl to see a specialist in high-risk pregnancies, but had a stillbirth.  I'm devastated for her.   She's depressed, and not taking care of herself.

David is still at the beach.  1 year 7 months, pre surgery, and he made the weight, and will get surgery.   Foster mother Robin is back.

Syreeta is back to Dr. Now's.   I'm hoping she's back on track.   She was down to 500, but 533 now.   She wants to try to get healthy again, and I hope she does.

David 1 year 8 months, Robin is taking care of him for now after his surgery.

1 year 11 months Syreeta, working out.  She has a good attitude, and I hope she reaches her goals to get healthy, and to be a mom.  Dr. Paradise is so kind to Syreeta, and so was Dr. Now.   I know she can reach her goal.

David 2 years, he's working out at an indoor pool.  He's also playing basketball.

Dance Business Fail-Plaintiff /(rents a commercial space, and sublets to other businesses) Melinda Humbert is suing defendant/dance instructor Brittney Graham for failure to pay rent for dance studio ($1430), lock changing fee, and cleaning fee.

As usual, defendant claims she paid cash, and never had receipts from plaintiff.   Defendant claims she paid all of the rent, and her co-signer on the lease didn't.  Plaintiff claims defendant paid partial rent.    The contract says that the security deposit was actually added to lease, so it's more than the cost of the unpaid rent, and cleaning.

Plaintiff case dismissed, defendant left a dance floor behind, and she can forget getting paid for that too.   I didn't like either litigant in this case.  (Defendant later opened another dance studio).

Judge Judy Vents About Child Abuse-Plaintiff Meredith Henderson suing defendant/ex-boyfriend Clifford Corbinfor the cost of laptop computer, and lost wages.   They have one child together, and plaintiff has an older child too.   Defendant has the one with plaintiff, and four other children, but no job.

Plaintiff had two paid off cars, let defendant drive car, and in exchange he was going to give her the laptop.    One child is $300 a month child support, the other three are not supported, and he puts the dead in deadbeat dad.    Of course, defendant's paying nothing on the fifth child with the plaintiff.

Too bad, the plaintiff seems like a reasonably intelligent person, except with the defendant's bad prior record of non-support of four other kids.

    $2,000 to plaintiff.

Fear of Miscarriage Doesn't Stop Dog Lover-Plaintiff Alexandria Ramirez suing defendant/father of her two children Adrian Hill for damages to her RV, and return of her dog. Plaintiff woman has terrible taste in sperm donors, since she had one child with ex-boyfriend, and is pregnant by him again.

She's suing the jerky ex over damage to an RV she let him move into after they split, and she wants her dog back.  Jerky ex filed for a restraining order, but didn't show up in court, and he wasn't in the country that day.

There is a restraining order in place requiring defendant to stay 100 yards away from plaintiff, and the dog.   Restraining order was filed by defendant, but he didn't show up in court so he lost.

Plaintiff went to pick up dog, and fighting started with defendant, police were called, she had pregnancy issues and went to the hospital.    After the hospital plaintiff saw her dog in another unlocked car, (with defendant and one of his idiot friends), they fought again, and she went back to the hospital again.

RV rental was $300 a month, but defendant didn't pay. RV looks disgusting, inside and out.     What a freak show this case is!

Plaintiff gets nothing, and deserves even less.   Defendant gets nothing, and doesn't have the brains the Good Lord gave a chicken.

Soul Food Sister Shuffle-Plaintiffs/two partners Fredia Peoples and Richelle Harvey, are suing defendant/third partnerJenny Nahas for lost wages, supplies Plaintiff and defendant were partners in Three Sisters, (there are three partners, two are plaintiffs)  plaintiffs are suing defendant over proceeds from cooking/catering business, supplies, and lost wages, $856.

They had a booth at a food fair, but only plaintiffs did the work.  Ms. Harvey received $120 from defendant, and Ms. Peoples received zero.  Defendant claims she agreed with Ms. Harvey to cut Ms. Peoples out, and continue the business without Ms. Peoples.

Plaintiff gets her share, $120,  and the business is over.

    The Great Crate Debate

    New, Season 10, Episode 149

(Carson Keene vs. Heather Szabo )

From the show site: Two 8th-grade math teachers feud over dog-sitting and damage the dog caused.

Plaintiff was dog sitting for defendant, and is suing defendant for damages from the dogs, which are shown on video.  Dog ruined a mesh screen door, hundreds of dollars of boots,       The dogs were a Newfoundland, and a huge Great Danepuppy named Waylon,

Plaintiff has been dog sitting for 10 years, and the price was $350 to $400 depending on the litigant you listen too.     Dogs were supposed to be housed at defendant's house, but plaintiff is allergic to defendant's cat.   Defendant says puppy is OK when people are around.

However, plaintiff had to go to work, and other errands.  Defendant claims she was paying plaintiff to be home constantly while the dogs were there.

Defendant took a crate to the plaintiff's house, but plaintiff says the puppy got out of the crate.    Plaintiff says at least 8 zipties didn't stop the dog getting out of the crate.

There are videos, plaintiff ziptied the crate, and Waylon escaping, it took Waylon 4 minutes to get out of the ziptied crate, to go and get plaintiff's Blundstone boots to chew up.     Also, a puzzle, baseboards, plants destroyed, zip ties.   Defendant's video show the Great Dane in a crate that's way too small for him, defendant says the crate is the right size.  Waylon can't even stand up properly.

Plaintiff wants the $400, plus $80 cleaning fee, and damages to floors, $800 total.  (This was in Oregon City, OR).

Defendant didn't even pay the dog sitting fees.  Plaintiff also says the authorities in defendant's home city have cited her for not keeping the dogs contained.

Judge Juarez says it would be $70 per day for the two dogs at a commercial kennel.   Defendant went to Hawaii on vacation, and her relatives would have watched the dogs anyway.   Defendant says plaintiff should have charged $150 for the damages, and inflated the bill.  However, plaintiff didn't charge for the $250 Blundstone boots that dog destroyed either.

Within seven minutes of dropping the puppy off, plaintiff texted that she had to work for a few hours the next day.  The next day was the video plaintiff had of Waylon escaping.    When plaintiff texted about the destruction, and text from defendant says dog is a Houdini.

(I'm happy that everyone is calling Carson by their preferred pronouns too).

Carson received $500 already from plaintiff, but wants $1250 more.  Professional kennel would cost over $600.  Tewolde says Carson should have moved things out of range, that's absurd.

Decision is $750 to Carson for damages.

Don't Mix Business with Pleasure-Plaintiff Rani Simpson is suing defendant/ex-boyfriend and co-worker Paul Stubbs for unpaid loans.    Plaintiff made miscellaneous loans to defendant/co-worker/ex-boyfriend, for work related items for business trip expenses (food, gas, lodging).  Defendant has a lot of excuses, but plaintiff has a text from him stating he owes her $900, plus a further loan, and claims he has proof he paid her back $230, leaving $810 owning to plaintiff.

$810 to plaintiff, and nothing to defendant.

Identity Theft Between Cousins-Plaintiff/cousin  Charlene Jennings suing defendant/cousin Khadija Royal for plane ticket, hair, stolen clothes for $.    Plaintiff wants money for plane ticket, something about hair, stolen clothes, and then the fireworks start in court with defendant cousin.

Defendant suing for identity theft.   Defendant claims plaintiff was pulled over in her car, while defendant was in Jamaica, and she was later notified that she received a ticket, but alleges it was the plaintiff driving, and she used her name.

Everything dismissed, and JJ thinks it was just a money grab by at least the defendant.    JJ tels the women to exchange the borrowed clothes.

      Andi Epstein Lawrence Diehl

Malicious Forest Fire Eviction-Plaintiff (annoying tenant) Andi Epstein and her equally annoying boyfriend Lawrence Diehl are suing defendant/ landlords Alexander and Sara Kriss for unlawful eviction, and security deposit of $3650.   Apparently, it must be a pre-Halloween filming since female plaintiff is wearing a billowing Pumpkin colored shirt.    They were renting in Ventura, CA, for a year.  The property is now rented, but to new tenants.

Prior to the end of the year lease, the plaintiffs were served with a notice that defendants didn't intend to extend their lease (a 60-day notice issued two months before lease was to expire).   They were evicted in December, and moved in February.

Plaintiffs were planning on moving in mid-December (time of lease expiration), and alternate houses were no longer available because of forest fires.    Defendants considered the plaintiffs annoying tenants.   Plaintiffs want $3600 security back. The lease specifies that tenants will pay the eviction fees, and allege other damages.   Defendant says interior damages weren't noted until the plaintiffs moved out.  Attorney fees were $1390.

Plaintiff wants money for negative mold test, and called the housing department several times.

$2300 to plaintiffs for the security depost, this is minus the attorney fees for the defendants.    (I find this ridiculous, plaintiffs were told 60 days before expiration of lease that they would not have their lease renewed.   They didn't move out, so they were evicted.  They overstayed the lease, so I would have given the entire security deposit to the defendant)

I Didn't Become a Judge to Retrieve Your Toothbrush-Plaintiff Bridgiette Lucas suing defendant/former roommate Danyel Gibson for illegal lockout, property, and other garbage.  Then had a scuffle about something at work, and started arguing.  After telling plaintiff to leave, defendant says plaintiff broke in the back door, and the back window, plaintiff confirms she did this.  (Plaintiff says "Tooken" a lot, I really dislike her).

Defendant tried to get a protective order against plaintiff.    Defendant says on the day of the fight plaintiff took a bunch of stuff, leaving bed and clothes, she came a got other things by breaking into the back door.

$998 to defendant for door, and window, and nothing for the plaintiff.

    Cash Appalled

    New, Season 10, Episode  148

    (Paulo Presotto vs. Manar Azreik)

From the show site: A man says electronically transferred money intended for him mysteriously goes to a minister he met months ago at a clothing-optional hot springs.

Plaintiff suing defendant for return of money transferred illegally to defendant through an electronic transfers, $1396 via Zelle.   They met at a clothing-optional resort, which I do not see how that applies to the case, except for ratings.

Corriero snaps at defendant for keeping the money, and defendant considers the money a blessing from heaven.   Defendant claims this ia a scam by plaintiff, and she owes him nothing.   She also says that there are still options available to plaintiff, so she owes him nothing, Zelle does.

Defendant says the payments came from a client of plaintiff, and she's innocent.   Plaintiff witness is Dinize "Nezzy"  Wales, who sent several tranfers to plaintiff, that somehow ended up with defendant.  Plaintiff says after he sent $5.00 to defendant, that somehow his account linked to defendant's account.

Defendant already spent the money, and she proposed a payment plan with plaintiff, but never signed it or paid anything.  Defendant said plaintiff was a scammer, and she was going to report him to the F.B.I.

Corriero is livid with defendant, and so is Tewolde.  Plaintiff sent a police report to defendant.   Defendant called some of the senders, and they all said money was sent to plaintiff, but she still refuses to give any of the money back.  Defendant claims her bank said not to give any money back to plaintiff.

Defendant wanted dispute information, but they were done between plaintiff's clients and their banks.

Juarez says the plaintiff filing the case should have been plaintiff witness, who is actually out the money.    Plaintiff says he's the filer of the lawsuit because the money was paid to him, and the friends have a language barrier.

Juarez thinks defendant is wrong, but plaintiff should have given the information to defendant.   Corriero thinks plaintiff is right. Tewolde says defendant knows she didn't earn the money, but spent money she didn't earn.

Plaintiff receives $1,396, with Juarez dissenting.  I agree with the majority, this money was owed to plaintiff, so he's the right person to sue.

Dominick had a terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day.  Did not expect that.

Rob’s pirate tube should have won the preheat IMO.

It was another no-bake cheesecake.   I think the challenge should specify no-bake, or conventional baked cheesecake, so it's fair.    Tara's simply didn't gel at all.     Some of the gelatin 'oceans' looked like rubber.   And the crusts were very thick, no wonder they didn't bake properly.

  11. Semifinalists are Kitchen, Dome from Ohio; Mirrors in Seattle, Craftsman Southwest, Joe and Jack's Technicolor Prison, from the North (St. Cloud, MN),  Italian Tile and Stained Glass Northeast.  (They always pick a 'winner' that they can redo for $150,000, not a surprise it's the Technicolor Prison).

This season's Ugliest Home is   Joe and Jack's Amazing Technicolor Prison.     The two owners are overwhelmed, and so happy.   Alison wants to paint the exterior more neutral.     I love that since their house had a major flood in the main bedroom ceiling that took their reno budget, that they won the remodel.

So far, I like A.V.'s ideas (I can't believe I said that).      The kitchen demo was a disaster, as Alison said one of the men injured his bathing suit area.    She wants to put wall coverings up (wallpaper).   The door out of the main bedroom sounds great.   And a new outdoor area, fenced for the puppies, and an outdoor kitchen, and screened.  Five bar stool seating in the kitchen, shaker cabinets. Floors will be LVP, tile bathrooms, tile backsplash. Several of the wallpapers are discontinued.

So far, I love the tiled tub/shower, and the other tile.  The white with black trim exterior looks great, and the aqua/turquoise front door is cute.   The fireplace is not functional, and not safe, so they'll change it to a safer form, with gas logs, and I love the tile.

I love the new kitchen, the wallpaper is OK. I like the new banquette upholstery on the dining nook.  I like the corner banquette upholstery, but not the three little round tables in front of them.   The two mannequins being dressed are interesting, dressed like Alison and Retta.

The front porch flamingo is cute.   Joe and Jack seem thrilled.   I love the living room, kitchen, island, and dining.

  12. How creative!   First the filled cakes, and then the sea theme cheesecakes.

Stephanie, underbaked crust.   Chris is adorable octopus,

I wish the show would have said no-bake or mandatory bake.  Rob's is cute.   Vonshia's is cute, another one with a thicker crust.  Dominick's first was a flop, second is sloppy crust on outside is a flop.  Tara-cheesecake, looks loose, the gelatin top looks tough and gummy, and cake looks like it didn't gel.  German's looks gorgeous, Austin, his looks great, and thin bottom crust, but it's an element he left out, so he put it on the bottom.     Leaders are Austin, and  German, and  Winner is: Austin.    Two on bottom:  Tara and Dominick.    Tara goes home.

Coin Throwing Road Rage Stunt-Plaintiff Coryene Reyes is suing defendant Jacob Couch for a road rage incident where he harassed her, and her nine-year-old child, and damaged her car.    When they stopped at a light, defendant male started throwing handfuls of coins, some coins hit the plaintiff in the face, she tried to take a picture of his license plate, and he tried to knock the phone out of plaintiff's hand.

She asked girlfriend if she wanted a ride home, and she did.      Plaintiff also told defendant teen girlfriend to get in her car for safety, and she did.     The girlfriend is 16, and he's 18.   (Plaintiff was driving in separate cars from her husband, and Jacob Couch passed both of them)

(Tacky personal note, did both defendants get their eyebrows done at the same place?   They look identical)

Defendant/ teen witness was going to be late for a therapy appointment, and I suspect it was mandated therapy, and not physical.    Defendant said he was with girlfriend at his place, and having fun, and in a hurry for witness to get home (girl is 16, and mother had to take her to therapy), when the road rage happened.      Plaintiff said this happened at 12:42 p.m., and 45 minutes from defendant girlfriend's house, and appointment was at 1 p.m.

As JJ says, why would someone who didn't feel threatened take a ride home with a stranger?   Defendant girlfriend claims the aggressor was the plaintiff.  Police dropped in to talk about the incident with Jacob Crouch.    Whiny defendant says plaintiff harassed him on Facebook.

Plaintiff receives $1500 for her chipped windshield from the coins hitting it.

(Someday Jacob will pull this stunt on the wrong person, and it's not going to go well for him).

(I'm laughing at the hall-terview, where Jacob Couch is crying like a two-year-old, sitting on the loser's bench in the hall.  With the added amusement of his girlfriend telling him to stop it, and someone handing him a lot of tissues.).

Family Business Bust!-Plaintiff,/an unlicensed contractor, Gage Johnson is suing defendant /(mother) Tessa Johnson and (sister) Marina Johnson  for fraud, and misappropriation of funds from his construction business.    He actually lives and works in Dallas, and was picking up jobs in Spokane.   Plaintiff claims the sister took his iPhone 8+, and a tablet.    Plaintiff had job in Spokane, was paid about $10k, and never finished job, and received four citations for unlicensed contractor work.

Case dismissed, neither side is truthful.   ( Note to defendant mom, crying requires tears.  With that area of Texas having a building boom, why is he commuting to work in Washington? ).

Property Thrown Down Snow Bank!-Plaintiff/home seller Sheri Hanson suing defendants/ house buyers Christina and Jeremy Wickman for damage and destruction of property left in in house after the sale.  Plaintiff sold house to defendants, and there was no pre-closing walk through.      Plaintiff left belongings in the house, and was shocked that they got rid of it after closing.

Defendant woman says they had a verbal agreement to keep the property in the house until 1 February, and because of the hideously cold weather (48 below), he put her stuff outside, to get his property inside.    By 2 February the stuff was outside.   Has the plaintiff ever heard of climate-controlled storage?

However, plaintiff wants $5k for her stuff, and claims she left two TVs, a $1200 snow blower.    Defendants are suing for damaged carpets, and breach of contract.    Countersuit dismissed, except U-Haul rental for an extra day.

$1500 to plaintiff, minus $40 to defendants for their U-Haul rental for an extra day.  (I wouldn't have given plaintiff a penny, house closing date is final, and she could have had movers pack and load her stuff on the U-Haul January 30th, and kept it on the truck until she could move into her next house.  The best part of this case is the show pays the awards).

    Mending Fences

    New, Season 10, Episode  147

    (Catherine Green  vs. Netalia Burr-Harral)

From the show site: A woman and her granddaughter feud over a loan, a car battery, and now a short fence that the granddaughter replaced with a taller one.

Plaintiff/grandmother suing defendant/granddaughter for car payments, utilities, car repairs including a battery,    Plaintiff said defendant and family could stay for a year on her property, in their trailer, for $300 a month, sold a car for $3,000, but didn't pay everything.  Damages for a removed fence, and a damaged swing set.    $4280 is what plaintiff is seeking.

Defendant says she paid some on the car, but doesn't want to pay more.   The litigants struggled over the Durango battery.   Then, the trailer was allowed to park on plaintiff's property after the fight, but after they reconciled.

Plaintiff says defendant took the chain link fence down, a 4 ft fence, and after defendants took the fence down, the plaintiff had to replace the fence with panels, and t-posts.  Plaintiff's witness is her daughter, the defendant's mother.     Defendant says they didn't pay the utilities, and other damages because she was putting that money down on a house.

Corriero seems to think it's important that defendant is step daughter, and step granddaughter to plaintiff and her witness.

Plaintiff repo'd the Durango five years ago.    Tewolde says the lawsuit is petty and punitive.  Juarez agrees with Tewolde.    I think not paying your bills is petty and punitive.

Lawsuit was filed after plaintiff filed for a restraining order.   Plaintiff witness says a condition of living on the property was to keep their area around the trailer picked up.  No surprise, Corriero also sides with defendant.

Plaintiff gets $400 for utilities, car payments dismissed, damages dismissed.    Judges say everything plaintiff sued for was petty.

Yes,  the TPC case where the teen daughter disappeared, there was a huge police hunt for her, and it was discovered that she was living in the bedroom of her boyfriend, Tyler, and his parents knew all along.   The father apparently still had his job.   I saw something a few years later that the son and estranged daughter of the plaintiffs were engaged.

I couldn't believe what the defendant parents said in court, and what the father's job was.   That whole situation was terrifying.   I can't believe the plaintiffs wanted the girl back in their home, I would worry about the risk to the entire family from the daughter.  Tyler and the daughter were engaged by 2019, don't know what happened to anyone after that.    I just hope the plaintiffs gave up and let the daughter go with her boyfriend, and didn't look back.

  17. "Unfinished Business" (The Paulsen house, Part 2)

    New, 5/19/2024,

From Titan TV: With half of their Victorian home restored, Ben and Erin return to help two siblings (actually all three siblings) with the next phase of their own project, which sadly came to a halt when their father passed away.

(This is the descrption of the original episode: "New-Stalgic Restoration " season 7, episode 4.   Three siblings wants a house in Laurel, so they have a place to stay when they visit their dad, instead of staying in hotels.  the Paulsons, Tommy, Jennifer, and Pam. )   This house is meant for short visits, so the closets to be added will be small.

Tommy, Pam and Jennifer want to complete extra bedrooms, and bathrooms to finish the renovation of the house.   They're going to put a bunk room for the kids in the attic.  Added two bathrooms, and a spiral staircase to the attic bunkroom.   They're going to spray foam the attic.   The upstairs bunks will be full sized, with book case shelves for each occupant, with storage in between each set of bunks.  The wall paper in the downstairs rooms is gorgeous.

Bleachtastic Break-Up-Plaintiff Tyquan Malloy suing defendant ex-girlfriend, Inijah Burwell for false police report (he was detained for about 10 minutes, and released), allegations of assault, property damage, and defamation of character.

Defendant claims plaintiff poured bleach in her face, and on her clothes, while she was behind him, which is against the law of physics.        Defendant claims he had her in a headlock, but she was behind him, so that's total garbage.   Defendant claims plaintiff poured bleach around, all over both litigants, then claims plaintiff poured bleach on her face, down her throat, and on her clothes.     Plaintiff claims defendant was swinging a machete too.   (This happened in Albany, NY)

Plaintiff claims that defendant wanted him to make her hot chocolate, and he didn't make stuff fast enough for her, and told him to leave.    He started packing, and called a friend for a ride, then she attacked him, and lied to the police.  Police reports says both litigants were treated for bleach exposure.    Defendant claims she had third degree burns to her eyes (more garbage).

    Plaintiff and defendant cases dismissed.

Auburn Football Lights It Up-Plaintiff  Margaret Hines suing defendant/hair dresser Velinda Wims-Davis for chemical burns to scalp, and was treated at urgent care the next day, suing for $3,000.

Plaintiff claims perm/relaxer bleach was on her scalp, under the dryer for almost three hours.    Hairdresser neutralized solution, and claims nothing was her fault.    Defendant claims plaintiff came in to the salon several days earlier, than plaintiff says.       Plaintiff claims she was under the dryer for 1 hour 20 minutes, and I find that unbelievable.

I think the hairdresser was correct, and the woman and the husband came to the salon days earlier, and then plaintiff did something to her hair that caused the burns.   Someone in serious pain from perming, etc. isn't going to wait two days to go back to the salon, and urgent care.    Defendant has the original appointment book, but plaintiff came in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.  Subpoena said plaintiff went to urgent care on the 26th, two days after plaintiff claims her hair was burned, but six days after defendant's records say the procedure happened.   Defendant also says plaintiff called her on the 26th, and neutralized the hair again, and says plaintiff says her hair felt fine.

(I wonder if the timeline was what the defendant says, and if the plaintiff had her perm, and then went home and tried to dye it right after?   My understanding is that this can cause all kinds of issues with the chemical combinations used for both procedures.)

(The Auburn-Alabama aka the Iron Bowl game is the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and  is pretty much a holiday throughout the South.    A rabid fan wouldn't watch it while they're working the way plaintiff said the hair dresser was).

(I don’t believe anything plaintiff said.   She lied about date, the procedure used on her, and all kinds of things.    If she was in so much pain, then she couldn’t have waited two days to go to urgent care, or to the ER.   Chemical burns would have had her sent to the ER immediately).

$3,000 for plaintiff.   (My view is plaintiff deserved nothing, I would have given defendant the money instead, for damage to her business reputation.)

Girlfriend Vandal Hacks Into Lover's Phone-Plaintiff Melvin Clinton claims his ex girlfriend/defendant Raven Stuart went through his phone, found out he was texting with other women, and claims defendant vandalized two cars on the same day.   One of the women is having his baby.    The same day defendant sent nasty text to plaintiff, the car vandalism happened the same day. (This happened in Kansas City, MO)

First car on one day had smashed windows, and when he drove the second car to her house he says she threw a brick through the windshield.  Defendant claims plaintiff tried to hit her with a brick, missed and broke his own car windshield.

    $3785 to plaintiff.

South African Carpet Theft-Plaintiff Christopher Hopkins suing defendant/ex-girlfriend and live-in  Leona Hamphill for return of belongings.  Plaintiff wants his handmade South African carpet back.

Defendant claims he took the carpet.   Plaintiff says after defendant tossed him out, he had to get a locksmith to open the new lock on defendant's door, and claims landlady told him to leave.   JJ calls the landlady, and she tells JJ she only let him take his clothes, and no furniture or rugs, and then landlady changed the locks.

Defendant changes her testimony from her sworn statement.  Defendant keeps trying to bring up a trip to Africa he backed out on.  In her statement defendant wrote that she didn't feel comfortable meeting the mother of his child, and the child in Africa, and she says she cancelled.

$3,106 to plaintiff.  Sadly, that rug isn't replaceable.      If the defendant was a decent person, she would have returned his rug.

I do the same. The only hour-long House Hunters eps I liked are the renovation ones, and they seem to have canceled that show.

I enjoyed all of the HH Reno shows, except the last few that were virtually the same design, and turned lovely, classic homes into soulless boxes of trendy.

After getting his surgery canceled and living in his van by the beach, surgery may be the break David has been waiting for his whole life; Syreeta suffers a devastating personal tragedy that only strengthens her desire to become a mother.

David – S10.E15 (At least I think that’s the right person.  He was in foster care until he aged out.  He was scheduled for surgery, but at the hospital as part of the admit process he was weighted and had gained 38 lbs. so surgery was cancelled.  He lived with a former foster parent Robin).   This is not David of Benji and David.

Syreeta – S11.E04   (She’s the adorable poundticipant who walked up a long hill, and rolled down).

(I'm guessing Syreeta is the star, and David isn't).

When Exotic Cats Attack-Plaintiff/ (cat owner of Abyssinian) Adriene Puech suing defendant/ (dog owner) Barbara Dubbs for injuries to her cat when it attacked defendant’s leashed dog, and dog nailed cat. Plaintiff wants pain and suffering, attack on the cat,    Dog owner was walking on the public street, when cat attacked, and dog grabbed the cat in it's mouth.    Plaintiff's witness is neighbor's son, heard the attack, and rescued the cat from the dog.

Defendant says cat was under the owner's car, and attacked the dog (there is a witness to this, Gloria Reyes), dog owner was pulled down, and injured by the dog pulling, and says cat scratched her leg.   Plaintiff witness thinks cats belongs wandering freely (I think he's a loon), and he claims that keeping a cat from wandering causes stress to the cat.     Cat was euthanized, cat owner can pay for that.

Defendant wants medical bills.   Plaintiff alleges in a nasty letter to defendant claiming defendant's dogs were vicious, and had been banned from several places for aggressive behavior, and biting.   Defendant denies this.

$287 is the co-pay for defendant, and she gets that.   Defendant had multiple cat scratches on quite a few places on her body, and a high risk of infection. Since they didn't know the cat's rabies status, so she was going to get rabies shots pending discovery of cat.

Defendant gets her medical bills paid, $287, and pain and suffering, a total of $$1,000.

Off to the Races-Plaintiff Sandra Kitchener suing defendant Daniel Mortensen for unpaid loan, sexual harassment, and other stuff.   Defendant claims the $5000 was an investment in his race team, in return for 25% of the winnings.

However, defendant admits he has written contract with the race car drivers, race tracks, etc. that he had no written contract with plaintiff.

    $5,000 to plaintiff.

My Yard is Not Your Pet's Bathroom!-Plaintiff Kirk and Julie Fonoimoana suing defendant/neighbor  Mark York (two houses down) defendant over property damage from dog, defendant only fesses up, after video shown.    There is a lot of damage to the yard from dog urine.   The harassment by the defendant started after plaintiffs were granted a TRO against the next door neighbor (neighbor is the defendant's witness), between the litigants' houses.

Plaintiffs have a Ring doorbell video of the off-leash dog nailing the yard.    There are numerous still photos of the defendant and his dog on the plaintiff's property.

My guess is that next door neighbor the plaintiffs have a TRO against, and dog walker are buddies, and he's helping the witness/neighbor harass them.   As JJ says, one dog nails a yard, then others will too, and the defendant knew that, and the neighbor with the TRO against them knew that.

My guess is the next door neighbor, and the dog owner will never stop, and plaintiffs need to move if they can.

$2.045 to plaintiffs, to repair the lawn.

Speeding Away with Identity Theft!?-Plaintiff Christopher True suing defendant Jarkel Fanning for warrant issued for speeding ticket received by defendant, and defendant was using plaintiff’s I.D.    Defendant borrowed plaintiff's ID, because he loses his ID all of the time.    Defendant used the plaintiff's ID when he received a speeding ticket, driving 56 in a 35 mph zone.

A warrant was issued for the plaintiff, and he was arrested in the TSA line at the Atlanta airport (he works at the airport).       Plaintiff couldn't work at the airport until the case was cleared up.

    $1000 for the plaintiff.
