Where's the footage of Kim pointing her bony finger at herself and hyper-raspy-yelling "I'M THE STAR, I'M THE STAR!" I really believe it's got to be out there. I think that's why she hates Eileen. Kim doesn't have a trophy. I think that's what really matters to her (oh, and the money she no longer gets from her baby-daddies).
