Seana seemed drugged, she was expressionless & emotionless. I didn't blame JT's girlfriend for leaving him. He wasn't being nice & it looked pretty much over for them before the episode even started.

I swear I could smell her stench through the TV. Imagine being in a car with her. The poor brother, what patience. Literally everything she sat on must have had to be fumigated thoroughly, the car seat, the hotel bed, Dr Paradise's sofa. I don't think a poundicipant ever nauseated me more than Chrystal. (Steven Assante excluded LOL).

Exactly right. Once these companies have your credit card # it's impossible to cancel the auto deliveries I hear. And just how many dried fruits & vegetables can they possibly fit into those tiny capsules anyway. What a scam.

I think I'd prefer not to be on the same road as Ontreon is driving on, especially with that sprung ankle on the gas pedal. Seriously some of these poundipants scare me when they drive.

So I just read that per Redditers, Allen (RIP Vianey) is dating Angie Johns?! 😱. She claims Vianey have the couple her blessing before she died. Yes, Angie - the foul mouthed drug addict with the methy husband who treated everyone around her like crap. A memorable moment in her WATN showed her homeless in her wheelchair & bag of clothing sitting under a tree in the park.

Dr Now seems so lackluster with Amber, shouldn't he be ripping her a new one by now? Maybe she needs a good scare. Or maybe he just doesn't care about her because he knows she'll just fail a 2nd surgery anyway?

Well I guess Dad has had enough & he's done LOL. Now Tommy is the man of the house. God bless him, he's pushing through & I sure hope he can succeed despite needy mommy. Good luck, dude! 👍🏼

I had to mute because I just can't hear Mom call him baby one more time. He's on his way to being Sean from My 600 Lb Life. His mom turned him into a bedbound baby who could never leave her. Then she died & so did he. But boy oh boy Dr. Now really unleashed a satisfying hell on her a few times. I hope this doctor does too. This is really hard to watch.

Watched this for the first 5 minutes & my anger towards Tommy's mom is making me literally feel sick & I didn't know if I can watch much more I'm so disgusted. She's literally stuffing him with food. This is severe abuse & he should have been removed from this home many years ago.

Vianey died in November 2023. I had to scroll down on the Tribute Wall to see a picture that actually resembled her, but unfortunately it's the right person.
Very sorry to hear of this. She just wasn't accepting of the help like Allen was. 😞

I've been thinking about this episode since last night. I think Shakyia has a big truth problem. Fairly obvious she was lying about being in hospice & likely about the entire medical emergency/ventilator also. If she told the hospital to call Dr Now like she claimed, they would have. And she said she wasn't allowed visitors? All lies. I'm going to give her family some benefit of the doubt here because they really did seem to be supportive. I suspect she never even tried & maybe that angered them as she got less mobile & mom & sister decided they did not want to be her bedbound caretakers God forbid & made her a ward of the state before it happened. Family looked active & I can imagine how frustrated they were to see her eating all day not trying to help herself. She needs that place where Tammy Slaton stayed!
Along with the successes, I think it's good to show these episodes too, it shows how hard obesity is to overcome for some folks & that's just reality. Sometimes we can be surprised too, like Dr Now says....there's always hope.

I'm really sad about this. For some unknown reason she's got zero support. Totally unknown medical status, her story is suspicious to say the least. We'll likely never know what happened to her and that's that.

Where did the sister go? The friend sister? Mom? There was a house full of people but now she's alone? Obviously she doesn't know the meaning of hospice, which is for terminally ill conditions. She probably meant rehab, which would still be a lie. She's going to disappear in 4...2...1...

What the hell happened to all her support system? She can afford an extended stay hotel all of a sudden? None of this adds up.

He's not as big as some of the heavyweights we've seen in this show. I think a lot of his pain is from those infected bedsores. I hope Dr Now can do something to help improve this guy's situation, it's obvious he wants to.

Good! There are contracts they sign. What I find interesting is that many of these patients were also in a follow up show. So if they were treated so horribly, why would they go back to film again? Dr Now literally saved Barbara's life, she was in dire condition & not even his patient. So ungrateful. Maja ugh. Annejeannette ugh. Destinee (RIP) had big issues. Just attempts for some quick cash settlements.
