Also... did anyone think that Jack knew something was wrong when he was sitting on the hospital bed and Rebecca said she had to go make a phone call? He calls her name and stops her, she looks at him and there's a long moment, and then he says "you're blocking the TV" (instead of something too on the nose like I love you).
He looks pretty unwell at that moment. I almost felt he knew, and wanted to make her laugh and allow her to leave the room to spare her what he might have intuitively known was coming...
(Plus, BRILLIANT that we hear him say "Beck?" while she's on the phone - it's probably the moment he dies - she stops and even turns around. Eerie and poignant!).
