Carlin and Evan: But Mostly Carlin!

Granted, I have never been married so I’m halfway asking this as a serious question, but where do you get a “discount marriage license” that’s not Vegas?? -

If they have her labeled as a fall risk, they may insist on it. But in her case it might depend on the last time she had an “episode” and how bad it was, which I’m guessing has been A WHILE. We shall see. I have spent time in a hospital being labeled a fall risk and getting to the bathroom with that label, even when it’s not that far, is made more complicated by what machines you’re hooked up to and if they can be unplugged or come with you and if I was the nurse, I wouldn’t trust Giggle Boy ™️ with anything more complicated than the tv remote. -

I pointed this out on Reddit once, and got downvoted/chastised for it, that one of these couples who had just gotten married was spending a LOT of time with their in-laws, which would not be my priority as a newlywed, even in a”normal” marriage that isn’t hyper focused on having kids immediately. It’s nice to have family around, but good lord. -

Did anyone else catch on the Conduit I Have Run ™️ Tour at the hospital that Evan said he liked his job now because he “didn’t like to get dirty”?? 😑 At least he admitted it 🤷🏻♀️ -

He apparently brought home an empty propane tank and didn’t discover it until he had stuff on the grill and then you have to buy all the stuff that goes ON the burgers and life is so hard. Good God man, dig your balls out of whatever Amazon knockoff bag the BSB is selling that Carlin is keeping them in and grow up. -

You should see the latest YouTube where he rants and raves about how he can “take his family out to a nice meal at Five Guys” rather than stay home and use that Blackstone—which was not cheap 🙄🤦🏻♀️ -

Hooking up with some random health/energy drink put out by a reality TV family who is ONLY concerned about money is a great thing to do when you have migraines 🙄 -

So I just watched Carlin’s bestie Joy Duggar’s latest video (I know 🤦🏻♀️) and I find it notable to point out that she’s always been, but especially in this video, super big on giving her kids a routine with meals, activities, bedtime, etc. This week they were at a ballgame but left early because the kids were being extra and it was clearly time to go home and Joy admitted she was overwhelmed and cried on the way home. Also in the video, she’s gotten Gideon evaluated again for dyslexia and has set him up with a tutor and is staying on top of all that and Carlin sweetie, are you taking notes??? This is the Duggar daughter everyone labels as the dumbest (see the Explain It Like I’m Joy acronym) but she’s got a few things figured out her bestie could learn from. Maybe this is why she hasn’t been to Arkansas, Carlin knows the schedule would be too rigid -

The Tesla comes with a year of free charging, so for a year—if he charges it at a charging station—the electricity for it is free. It would be easy to assume these people think electricity is “free” anywhere though if they’re not writing the check. Also sort of telling that when they’re with his parents they don’t think, “hey we’re here so much and we can afford Teslas/blackstones/NYC trips, how about we cook one night or take y’all out or at least spring for the freaking DoorDash?” But nope, food=free 🙄🤦🏻♀️🤬 -

Yeah they can dig a little of the rise out of the yard and make it completely flat. We got an above ground pool in our backyard and they actually wound up digging a hole because we wanted a (slightly) deep end, and that didn’t normally come with those. Also where I grew up (Illinois) there were laws about privacy fences. I don’t know about the greater Knoxville area but the one they put in for the dog and the kids would be enough. Something actually worked out in their favor 🤦🏻♀️ -

My aunt and uncle own (still own? We haven’t talked much because 😂 families 🤷🏻♀️) a pool business. Carlin and Evan have a spacious backyard with a slight incline. Installing a pool there, in-ground or above ground, would not be difficult at all. Of all the things that could possibly hold them back, the yard will not be it. -

I hope they go with more concrete than wood on the patio/deck they will surely get so that when Evan sets his newly re-purchased grill on fire there’s less damage -

And of course in the last vlog, Mr. and Mrs. Competitive didn’t STOP the sock wrestling (🤦🏻♀️) when Zade started crying because he thought they were fighting, they finished the game, THEN went to comfort their child 🙄
