I think fameho Javi's thirst is motivating this relationship much more than any feelings for Kail.

Yes, yes and yes.  He has had a taste of showbiz and he wants more.  Any ho will do.

I think Chelsea just wants a ton of kids because it gives her the perfect excuse to never get a real job.

I believe she sees "having Coley babies" as her destiny.  She is utterly dick-whipped in fantasyland.

Do these women realize that it's mostly the duds that go over there? Not always, but mostly.

They may realize it, but those are the men they have to choose from.  Annie may just be able to wait it out, the way David P is going.  I agree with your assessment of her, and I wish her the best.

It CAN be just sex. And there's nothing wrong with that. And telling teenagers that it always has to be special is doing them a disservice. Whether they are boys or girls.

Right you are.  As long as they are protected from pregnancy and STDs I'm all for it.

I had a friend whose aunt who, back in the '70s, taught her 5 year old daughter how to roll joints and thought it was hilarious. I can see something like this playing out in the Baltierra household.

She can just snort it off the carpet, like Cate does.  It's called "Baltierra vacuuming."

You can't marry another person on a K1. But she can potentially find someone, fly back and reenter again in a few years. But then she'd probably have to say goodbye to her dream of having a kid.

I was thinking she could find someone and kind of keep him on the back burner.  The way Anfisa did.

I was actually referring to Leah and her ability (or lack thereof) to be able to read the cue cards.  I get the impression, like you, that Jenelle went to (well, was enrolled in) a fairly decent school district.

Oops.  Thanks for setting me straight.  Leah obviously is functionally illiterate, and my use of any variation of the word "functional" in regard to her is so charitable it should be a tax deduction.  Jenelle is marginal on every level, and she couldn't punctuate her way out of a wet paper bag.  I was high for two years in my 20s, and it seriously fucks you up.  <—-refers to both Leaj and Jenelle.

It's good for her to be throwing some stuff out there and see what gets his ire up.

I doubt deliberately trying to irritate someone is ever a path to harmony.  It is good to calmly discuss boundaries, likes and dislikes.  Its essential, IMO.

I also don't know why the Americans think it's nice to invite someone to leave their homeland and everyone they know and expect them to be excited about sitting home alone on Saturday nights.

Or any night, or day.  Perhaps because they aren't considering the other person's reality at all?

Actually, if you want a good, long-lasting marriage then you should do most social things together, and you should want to.

Hopefully two people are together because they have at least a few shared interests, but each marriage works in a very different way.  I've heard it said that the measure of compatibility is the amount of personal distance each person requires.  Some people want an in-your-face closeness, while others just want to check in once in a while.  Most want something in between, and the marriages that work do so because both people have the same requirements, no matter where they fall on the spectrum.  I also think if anyone actually knew what makes a marriage work, the divorce rate would be much lower.

I don't believe there should be any expectation that people are joined at the hip after they are married.

Yes.  That level of childish insecurity is a real red flag.

But when you think about how much she has to spend on junk food every month to maintain her girlish figure, there can't be a lot left over.

It doesn't take as much to maintain her figure as it did to create it.  Girlfriend made the investment long ago.  Like you, I doubt there is anything left over.  She barely plans for the present, so why would the future be a consideration?

Doesn't make her any less vile. I have seen people who have been through the ringer in their lives. They don't act like her.

Of course.  But if you see it that way, you stop being surprised by her bad behavior, and you stop expecting anything different.  It's kind of an Al-Anon approach.  Jenelle-Anon.

I forgot too how much drugs are going to age Jenelle because I am pretty sure she's not just sticking to pot these days.

I think it's possible that May doesn't really live with Nicole; Nicole has the single (subsidized) room, and they just moved a cot in there for filming.  If Nicole is just a part-time barista, even a single room might be out of her price range, unless it's subsidized.  Maybe the subsidy comes from Mom and/or Dad - but it's hard to figure out where she got money to send to Azan because he lost his job.

This sounds liek it could be right.  Or she was living with mom and dad, but they didn't want the show filming in their house all the time because then all the "I love Trump" banners would show.  Isn't Nicole being paid by the show?

Right.. because Jenelle should EVER be defended.. that girl is the rudest, most selfish, narcissistic person I've ever seen.

I see her as being severely damaged on a fundamental level.  So that every response is toxic.  Garbage in, garbage out.  There are a whole lot of people like that on this planet.

I used to think Leah would take the award for most used up looking person

I think Leah is still a strong contender.  She already looks 40, and she dresses like she's much older.  Chelsea is a wild card, because we have zero idea what she looks like under all that "I'm in the cast of Cats!" makeup.  Could be anyone under there.  Also, Jenelle's chin seems to grow an inch every couple of years, and she's already looking gruesome in some shots.  So really, the title of Aging Most Poorly is still very much up for grabs.

Azan is stuck in this relationship because his family wants him to get to America.   But he is not going quietly.   Nicole is sticking with it because she has decided this is what she wants and come hell, high water or sheep heads, she is going to get it.   Because no one says no to her.

That's an interesting theory, but do we actually know his family is behind this?  And do we actually know Nicole is just being stubborn?  Could it not be equally likely that Nicole is the dumbest dumbfuck that ever existed and Azan is telling her all the right gooey things in messages?  Might it not be true that Azan just wants to be on American TV and get hundreds of dollars a month from The Blimp?

How is this public school still getting funding???

I doubt it gets much.  I do remember all of that now, including those fucked-up flat bangs with the curly hair.  Possum Holler High ("Go, Marsupials!") probably graduates anyone who can stand upright enough to accept their diploma, without dragging their knuckles on the ground.

If I had paid money (I know she didn't) and went through all of the pain and hassle I'd be way pissed if I looked like Karl.

So true.  Imagine what she'll look like in ten years, with five more babydaddies under her belt.  Or her butt.  Whatever.
