I think it is different because they are not employees, but are Contract workers. I would guess their contract states that they can be replaced/terminated at any time.

I think there will be cuts this week before cameos. Maybe even tonight.

They are keeping the girls longer, and still have not made cuts, as of July 16. I think they are giving these ladies every opportunity to make the team since they don’t need to create drama for TV. Because the stadium is closed a good part of August, I think TC will end earlier so they can get the final team into AT&T in July to prepare for their first game, Both K&J have taken vacation during TC. However, they may have taken it in the past, as the show made it look like they were there every minute of the time.

I know that Jay has a pretty successful corporate training business, and he does work with the girls individually when they need specific attention. I think with CowboysFit right there at the Star and all the other options available, the ladies have many choices. It seems like Pilates and Barre are pretty popular, as they both strengthen the core.

Probably to give them time to prepare their solos, etc. Maddie just filmed the routine they will be doing on May 28. Last year they had to perform several routines at “Judge’s Showcase”, so perhaps they have to learn a few this year also. June 13 is finals, TC starts on June 15.
