Kate: An abusive bullying type who tries to mask it by using humor and her job as an excuse. Nico: Much like Kate and Bri, Nico lacks character. He's a whiney, immature, bratty and two faced. He is lazy in his work and a cheater when it comes to his love life. Not much else good to say about him although I feel bad that his brother passed away I find it a little odd he is doing the show so soon afterwards. Bri: She's not a good person. The only people I would want to hang around in real life would be Baker and Bruno, EJ (although annoying I could get past it) and maybe Matt (even if he's not the best chef he seems down to earth) EJ: Although he's dorky and annoying at times he seems to be a better leader and harder worker than Nico. He's also handled things more maturely than the rest of them have (he could have ran to Captain Lee and told on Nico for all the crap Nico did but chose not to). Kudos to him.

I'm thoroughly enjoying Nico looking like the complete entitled brat and whiny two faced douchebag that he is. He really sucks at his job too. He is also a cheater as well and with someone as unappealing and boring as Bri. lol.

The reason why Malia didnt hook up with Bobby was because he couldn't offer her anything. Think about it. She got with Adam because he was the chef and older than her and more experienced on yachts. She probably figured he would have some pull while on the boat because of his position and experience plus she gets special meals and desserts cooked for her daily. She then realize Wes could offer her a promotion and a way up. She went for Wes because he could offer her a promotion and then Adam was old news. She was balancing the two of them for awhile because they were both giving her things. Bobby couldn't offer her anything and was her equal so she wasnt interested. She's a manipulator basically and sleep her way to the top. The downfall is she isn't as cute as she thinks she is and is starting to look rough. Very ho-hum looking towards the end of the season especially. I guess the stress of balancing and manipulating men wears on you.

Wes claims that he's never hooked up with any of the staff before but I find this very hard to believe judging by how quickly he hooked up with Malia. Very poor judgment on his part and continued bad judgment in doing it while on watch and promoting her. Also is anyone else sick of Malia saying how cute she is and thats why everyones mad that she got the promotion from her boyfriend/boss? She seems like a real winner(sarcasm). Regardless this season has effectively ended the careers of Wes, Malia, Adam, Hannah, and many others. I wouldn't trust any of them in supervisor positions. Honestly the only ones I would hire are Captain Sandy, Bugs, Bobby and Max. The rest can go and love themselves. And yes Hannah is way hotter than Malia(my opinion). Hannah has a much nicer body and Malia starting to look rough. Plus I could enjoy being around Hannah. Even though she's not perfect by any means I like her personality better.
