  1. I have to say I am not usually one to announce to the internet what I am and am not watching- and only do this in the futile hole some writers are watching and can make a change. But I have been watching for over 20years and I am a hairs breadth from stopping altogether. There is nothing here anymore. We have the same old Hope/ Liam/ Steffy snoozefeat that we have already seen more times than we need to, and which was just as painful and boring the first time around as it was the 15millionth. We have Auntie and Uncle mind-your-own-business, AKA Thorne and Katie doing absolutely nothing of value. And then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, we are now being forced to watch Emma/ Xander/ Zoe rubbish. Who are these nobody characters that have been on for all of 2 seconds and now have a front burner storyline that in itself is just a rehash of every other triangle we have seen for infinite. And to rub salt on the wounds of the viewers, there is not an ounce of acting talent amongst them! Hell, in that monologue of Zoe’s where she basically spelt everything out for us to her cat, the bloody CAT showed more range than she did! I just don’t understand how the writers think anyone is going to care one bit about the storyline when we don’t even know the characters. The only glimmer of hope in this whole mess the show has become is Sally. And even that glimmer is getting dimmer and dimmer the longer we have to see that the writers have ZERO idea what to do with her character other than being there to prop up Hopes character... and to give something for Katie and Thorne to chew over. Sorry for the rant but honestly today’s episode was just so below even sub-par that I actually feel sad for what the show has become, especially given the (disturbing) number of years I have invested in the show. Sure, it never has been and never will be Shakespeare but as cheesy as it was there was usually something interesting going on. When they lost the rival Spectra house it was a massive blow, and all the promise of Spectra v2.0 was quickly squashed because it didn’t involve Steffy etc enough and so just couldn’t be allowed to happen. Please writers, producers, anyone who may be reading this and can affect change, please turn this ship around before you lose all of the loyal viewers who have supported this show for decades before it is too late. The ship is already sinking. End Rant. Xxxx
  2. I know nothing seems to be out of the realm of possibility when it comes to the writing on this show, but I just can't see them having Hope miscarriage through some sort of accident, or for any reason, twice. She already lost Wyatt's baby when she tripped on the stairs just before she 'left for Milan' or wherever she wen't. To have this happen again just seems cruel and I am sure would break Hope. Though having just typed that maybe that is just what needs to happen to drag the current iteration of Hope out of the sugary sweet Goldilocks character she seems to be.
  3. As much as I LOVED seeing Brooke smack Steffy down like that- I couldn't help but notice the complete irony (that everyone else in that room seemed not to notice) that of ALL the people in B&B Los Angeles that was pointing out how disgusting she was that she slept with her father in-law... it was Brooke. Her list of shameful and disgraceful behavior (including sleeping with ones father-in-law while married to said father in-laws son) is longer than the 101. What's that old saying about people in glass houses and not throwing stones... Brooke...
  4. Should we start taking bets on how long it will be now until Hope is pregnant?
  5. In fairness to Steffy... yeah I know... she didn’t really turn to Bill or trust Bill with this secret. She really was between a rock and a hard place. Taylor outright told Bill that she was the one that shot him and even had another go. Steffy just happened to walk in on the situation. If she had found out first then confided in Bill then sure, feed her to the wolves, but she really didn’t have too many options. In hindsight she probably could have and should have told Liam, but I’m sure you can understand her point of view with really trying to minimise the amount of people that knew about it. If Liam has a right to know then surely so does Thomas and Ridge to an extent. Of course the situation with Liam is a little different given the trust issues particularly regarding Bill. Like others have said, the writers just don’t seem to show any respect to the actors or the viewers. Did Liam have reason to be pissed. Sure. liam himself said all the cards were on the table but then doesn’t tell her what he thinks he knows and how he thinks he knows it. If they actually talked like real people- mature people- it would have become as clear as day that there was something else going on that neither of them was privy to. Steffy sure has made mistakes, but since that night everything she has done- as stupid and duplicitous as some of it has been, has been with the intent to win back Liam’s trust. She may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but with parents and a childhood like hers who can blame her. And with Hope sniffing around she is bound to be a bit more, mmm, erratic. But the intentions were good. I don’t think she deserves Liam, but frankly I don’t think anyone is that bad of a person that they deserve him either. Much like everyone likes to talk about just how much Steffy is being made into a victim in this situation, everyone also harps in about Liam’s ‘goodness’ completely ignoring all of the borderline despicable and selfish things he has done and the way he has (and still does) treated Hope and Steffy.
  6. Argh I am back to disliking Hope again. When she first came back to town I was really hoping she had grown a pair, and we have had glimpses of it on the occasions she has read Steffy for the filth that she is. But then we see her back to her old ‘do no wrong’ self. It is as clear as day that she is going after Liam. She has admitted it herself but then goes on to claim she isn’t trying to pressure him. We all know he is the king of waffling and despite all of Hopes protests, inviting him to live in her families home / property just smacks of ulterior motives. And the thing is, good luck to her. Steffy didn’t just burn the proverbial bridge that is their marriage, she dropped an atomic bomb on it and can’t seem to understand you can’t go back from that. It’s probably all the years growing up watching Ridge bounce between Brooke and Taylor and all of them partner swapping with anyone and everyone that taints her view on just how big of an issue this is. But at the end of the day, Liam is a free agent- at least once he decides to sign the papers. There really is nothing wrong with her going after him. But to continually deny she is and protest is just back to more of the same ol same Ol. “I’m just supporting Liam as a friend. Bla bla bla” Bitch Please! It’s just old and tiresome like most of the other story lines. Rant over.
  7. So, I just came here to gloat to no-one in particular but please allow me my moment of loserish-ness, but I called it! Taylor dun-it! We all should have known as it really was the most absurd option and of course B&B never fails to deliver. I will now go take my bows and adulation :D
  8. Just to throw a complete wildcard into the who-dunnit mix, and one I honestly can't see being the case, but maybe it was Taylor! No-one would see that coming! Maybe she heard about what happened... surely she has at least heard Steffy's sanitized version of events, and came back to defend her daughters honor. Just speculating :p
  9. I think (and admittedly I could be imagining something that didn't happen) when Wyatt arrived he mentioned in passing something about taking a taxi or ride share or something to her place. If it actually happened it was a bit of a throwaway line at the time but now makes sense re: the car not being there.
  10. I am pretty sure it is Stephanie's old gun. Steffy went and got it saying something to the effect of 'I remembered something of my grandmas' and then showing the gun while Liam was being a hacker.
