Looks like Nicole Ari Parker dropped some weight. She looks more like her old self, circa Soul Food, my fav.
I can't look at Mario and not remember his song Let Me Love You. When that song was big, I had a guy that I felt was too young for me putting the full court press on me. He was constantly sending me that song. Now it's become an unwanted earworm again (thanks Empire).
I love Jussie Smollett so much. I saw him on the Harry show and appears to be the same way as he is on Empire. Very talented, sweet and soft spoken. I hope he's not up for more heartache on the show.

As a teen, I would not have been upset if told that I could not have children. The child that I had as a young adult, I love more than life itself, but the maternal extinct never kicked in until I had one.

This season was wildly uneven and frustrating with some stories getting more focus than necessary and others *cough land deal cough* not getting enough.
And someone needs to speak to Kofi before S4 starts filming about speaking up and clearly since that whispering is something he seems to do on this show & not in real life.
Agreed, which is why I have complained more than once on this forum and gave him the name, "Sugar Cane Whisperer". Thank God for closed captioning.

I help flip houses as my side hustle, so I saw great potential in the storage office apartment. I have seen some pretty sorry places completely turned around so that apartment - to me - has a ton of possibilities. I've read some comments stating it has no toilet or running water. It has both plus a shower - all it needs is a bigger water heater installed - no biggie. All the kitchen needs is a stove - again not a big deal. From what I observed, all they would need to do is move the fridge by the door and install the stove by the counter. Like everyone has already mentioned, with a microwave and maybe a toaster oven - Annie is set. Since the living area has so many windows and bright light, it is perfect for a lot of sun loving plants. Either Annie has zero imagination or it's all scripted. It has to be one or the other, or possibly both. There are manipulated story lines and there is pissing off your viewers TLC! You are totally insulting our intelligence and pissing us off! YES! We watch and? We hate ourselves. This forum is our therapy so thank you wonderfully insightful and intelligent people of this forum!

I would like to hear from people who teach on the college level. Are these types of things (tardiness, not paying attention to anything but their phones), a problem that carries over into college classes? Or do these kids not make it that far?

Mama Chantel getting all hoochie mama with the shedding of the jewelry made me laugh HARD. First of all the dispensing of the jewelry usually only happens when you are face to face and the throw down is inevitable. While shedding earrings make sense - you keep on your diamonds for maximum impact! You don't know what you're doing mama!

Ahhh, I take it you’ve never heard of - or have forgotten about - Aurora, Colorado?
Aurora is a instantly identifiable cautionary tale in the concealed carry community. Both open and concealed carry are relatively common in Colorado; the theater in question, however, was the ONLY theater in the vicinity which was a posted no-carry/gun-free zone. IIRC the shooter candidly admitted in interviews afterwards he chose the theater for that very reason; he figured he could inflict maximum damage in a location where nobody was in a position to shoot back (I believe his specific reference was “like shooting fish in a barrel”).
Suffice it to say when Winston made his “gun in a theater” reference, I immediately knew exactly to what he was referring - and I doubt I was alone in that recognition.

Depends upon what is meant by “surgical supplies”. For the first few uses of some items (new models of equipment, implants, etc.) a company rep may be in the operating room to advise or answer questions, should any arise during surgery.

I do find it interesting that she always seems to go out of her way to greet Thomas and give him a hug - not in a way that I think she wants to get back with him, but that it's the southern way to be polite? When she's not off the rails she does seem to have really good manners.
I know a lot of people don't like chelsea but I LOVE her. I want to be friends with her. I love her no-nonsense no-BS way of dealing with things.
When you have kids with someone it's really hard to break away. Even if the relationship was toxic. Going back to that person in moments of weakness is easy because it's a comfortable situation. I believe her when she says that she's over Thomas but it's still a comfortable area for her to be with him and I can appreciate that they can have calm conversations this season.
I don't think Ashley was flirting with the guys. I think she was trying to get validation from them and take that back and use it on Thomas. She can say "oh you don't want me? Well Craig, JD, and Shep all said they would do me" And I can't believe she actually asked Shep "would you do me???" So Trashy. Unless I heard her wrong but I thought she repeated it twice.

Last summer we locally had a drunk in a theater that got into a fight and pulled an illegal gun on a man. Luckily, there were people there with legal concealed carries that subdued him and no one got killed. And I really really mean luckily because my daughter works there and could have gotten killed along with numerous other people.

Wow. I was naive enough to think a big pregnant belly would cause Star to cut back on the revealing clothing. But there she is! Rocking that belly like it's the sexiest thing ever! I am female and have been pregnant. No one but my husband saw my belly, because not everybody wants to see that. Have some modesty.
