  1. Since the show is already in 1997...would they go into the musical era of 1998-1999 from NSYNC, BSB, Britney Spears, Ricky Martin, 98 Degrees, Etc. at all? I wondered if they would touch upon that timeframe? That was when the boy band craze was at a all-time high.

  2. When I heard that the Saudi artist vandalized a Manhattan hotel room, I thought he deserved it. You don't draw something or tear wallpapers from there. But the appraiser thought the hotel should have kept it as art. I thought that is not how it works. Especially for a Manhattan hotel. I am all for rebellious and all, but not when it involves stupidlty on the person responsible for the damage.

  3. This movie was top-notched all around. The music, the action, the characters...just everything. Not to mention how much I enjoyed more than the 1st one. But even as I am typing this, do you think Stan Lee will have the same longevity like Betty White has? I surely hope so.

  4. As for Stan Lee looking old, he always looked old in the 90s. But Stan Lee and many others like him grew up in a era where being much older than your actual age was the norm. You could be 25 and look 45 back then. That was before the use of any surgery available. A great example is Betty White in some old 1940s clip, despite being in her 20s then. You see, I can laugh at that moment in the 90s because I remember my old neighbor telling me we did not dress like that when they were our ages. Such a fun thought back then and yet you remember they grew up in a mature era where everybody had decorum. Not everybody dressed like hookers or skanks then...yes, even the famed Betty Page or Gypsy Rose Lee could look dated by today's standards.

Staying on topic, I thought the comic thing was ingenious and adding Stan Lee to the mix was a nice touch. I liked this episode.

  5. I for one never found Ivanka attractive. There was always something unsettling about her. Be it her eyes or face, she never seemed real to me. Like a Barbie doll come to life, but without any of the emotions. Did you guys remember her on SNL two years back? She was horrid. She had that bitch face when she did that one line. My guess is that she still has that resting bitch face.

As for Jared, is it just me or does he look like a young Wil Wheaton? I am expecting someone to say "Shut up, Jared" anytime now.

  6. I thought this was pretty well done for a Power Rangers flick. Having grew up with the original Power Rangers and its spin-offs until 2000, this was an exceptional movie. Even my parents liked it and they didn't like any of the movies or series. I was born in 1983 and let me tell you that this movie did well with all the key notes here. Billy was my favorite character and I hope see more of this in coming sequels. How did it do in the box office? Everybody was cheering like crazy at the end.
