  1. What are you snacking on? Oh, just a bag of death
  2. “Eat death!” I need to put that on my fridge...
  3. Lolol they drove thru/stopped in Kansas City...I recognized part of my commute. Man do I drive the same route too much ugh
  4. Maybe he’s one of those people who can’t handle being alone...I know women get stuck with that label, but there are quite a few men like that too Not that it makes her situation any better, but maybe he’s not crazy, just clingy like her
  5. Erica did call him “her soldier”, or something like that. Maybe he really is/was one...
  6. Ugh more like every time she said “my boyfriend” blech
  7. I wanted to say, “sooo how do you know he’s wrong?” Of course she’d probably have some super scientific comeback like, “I just know there’s no way my ‘one’ meal is 3,000 calories”
  8. Why doesn’t Dr. Now just tell Susan to focus on losing weight and hold off on her skin surgery? She isn’t acting like getting surgery is motivating for her...maybe if he takes it off the table she’ll stop freaking out about it.
  9. I’m guessing, no weight loss and a referral to therapy.
  10. It was driving me nuts how she called them "treat bags". Like...treat bags are what you give to six year olds at birthday parties.
  11. Wtf Pauline is embarassed about her teeth but is perfectly fine waltzing around with no shoes???
  12. Lord I feel like such a snob, but watching Joe and his girlfriend hold those forks makes me cry.
  13. I just binge-watched Fat Doctor on Youtube this past weekend, and while I enjoyed the show, I think it really glossed over any failures the patients might have had. For example there was a woman who moved from Spain (I think) who was approved for surgery, but was denied the day of because she gained too much weight. But they never really showed her working to lose the weight again, really, it was just cut to next scene of her getting her surgery because she did lose the weight eventually. I think the only other 'failure' (aside from the gentleman who passed away) was a woman from the second episode. She had the surgery and was doing well in her final progress interview, but in a later episode revealed that she turned to alcohol and stopped losing weight. But I think Fat Doctor has a more documentary feel while M600PL is more about entertainment. I think the tone would change if they just showed a before interview, 15 minutes of surgery, and success after.
