I made it through the series. I liked parts of it but most of it felt like a really long after-school special. Tedious in places. I did not watch the rape of Tyler. I understand the importance of the issues but I need a palate cleanser.

Not enough Fin.

I realized about halfway through that I was just watching for Ice T. "Back at ya, Liv." hee
He fills my heart. "Tell your dads I'm coming over." Awww.

I heart Jesse. That is all.

Finn probably could too but he doesn't want to.
Indeed. However, I did love his line to Liv, " You want me to cut him? You know I'd do it...." I totally need a Fin in my life for such occasions.
I like Barba and Olivia as friends but not romantically. He can do better.

They're cats, man! Cute little cats! I'd be distracted too.
YES! Awww, kitty. That black and white one was looking at the stacked fish like, "Ok, you're done with mine. Now do yours."
Exhausting episode plus mesmerizing streets and scenery. And a chaotic marketplace! And Phil pointing! Liking teams Yale and Slam, but I don't have a favorite yet.
Glad it was a non elim.

I thought it was accidental--he just seemed to not notice his surroundings when he was talking on the phone....I guess I'm just duped easily. TBH, when Raf is on the screen, there is nothing much else happening in my head...er, what?
I HATE the voice Olivia uses to talk to Noah.

As long as I don't even try to take it seriously, I get a kick out of it.
Yes, this. I was in need of a laugh so I watched....I kinda like the twins, trope and all.

'm sure that they're nice, but the first time we had a leg in Iceland, we lost two nice guys in Avi & Joe.
Singing, "New York Jews in Icelaaaand." (I have wished for a season of first eliminated teams.....maybe some day.)
I am excited the race is back...maybe they can have some competitive goat eating later on? I dig the violinists and the Indy car drivers--although it's really too soon to tell.
Yay Phil!
ETA: Line that made me laugh out loud (I don't know who said it:): "He didn't die! That's HUGE!"

The song that Lyor wanted the girls to sing was Yaz's "Only You." And I wish we would have heard it. But I liked the version they played.
And I'm on the Lyor fanbus as well.
I am probably one of the few, but I didn't expect the ending.

The dead sister plot was dropped with no real resolution. Why did he do it?
Since the same plot was used in a Law and Order SVU episode this season, I just took the same reason from that: he killed his little sister because she was annoying him by dancing in front of the tv.

Ok, the opening number had me grinning like a fool. The song they used was also used in "Sweatin' to the Oldies" a tape I used to watch with with my mom (who passed in July). So, I was smiling and crying.
I love the big opening number...remember The Boys Are Back in Town and Let Me Entertain You?
Man TO is tall. Yay Cheryl! Ugh, Mark. And YAY TOM BERGERON! I heart him so much.

I'm glad no one went home. I'm really hoping Melissa and Nora do really well next week.

I heart Carson and am sad he's gone. I really don't like Bachelor guy-at least I've heard of all the other celebs.
QuoteI think that both teams need to be given apples-to-apples challenges. I consider spatchcocking a chicken easier than having to butcher one literally from head to toe.
Yes, this!
I like that it's for charity. I thought Melissa and Carson really played off each other well. They cracked me up. Sometimes I just need a little silliness. And the chyron and effects people are awesome!
But please, women, tie your hair back!!

I heard so many good reviews of this show and then I watched the first episode. So disgusted. Tried the second one. Couldn't do it either. I regret wasting the time and need a genuine palate cleanser.

Thank you Jacks-Son! I thought it was slang....

The "your" was as distracting as the BOOBS to me. And not washing your hands? UGH!
I really don't have a horse in this race....but the other day I was reminded of Pah Gah!

I am not sure if it's Maori, I heard it in an episode of "The Almighty Johnsons."

Also, "hapoo" although I don't know if that's the right way to spell it. (NZ)

The scene between Deacon and Bucky was awesome. Bucky being "Rayna" was great--and you could see how much the words hit Deacon. Well done.
Used to tolerate Maddie but can't stand her now. Her voice is getting on my last nerve; I'm sure she can't help it but it sounds like that vocal fry thing that some people do.
Ugh, Scarlett.

I loved how Keith was cracking up at his son doing the crab dance. I really like his son. Looks like a pretty good relationship....unlike Wild Bill and Zach. Dang.
I really hope Jake's DH can get some help...and I hope Nick stays clean and sober. I don't have a good feeling about Nick...hope he proves me wrong.

I have never liked Abby. She just annoys me. I can't see Chin with anyone, really, just a great single dad with his daughter.
I like Kono a lot. I think she just went off to make some decisions....and I like Jerry's glee, and Flippa can sing anytime for me. I heart him and Kamakona. I am not a fan of the Danny/Charlie scenes. I
Annoying as some of the things are, I will still watch the show.

Best part of the show by FAR was the Greek commander who gave out the clues at the drill task. Rowr.
Yes! The instructor was all sorts of rowr too, in my book.
QuoteFloyd should have done the changing of the guard. I think his drum major experience would have translated.
I would have totally swooned. I heart Floyd and love marching bands.
Greece is now on the list of places to go.

S02.E12: Amor Vincit Omnia
in Sense8 [V]

I loved it.
Thank you, Justmehere. I feel the same way. Your words rock.
ETA: I laughed for a solid minute at Rajan's expression after Kala told him everything.
My heart sings with joy.
Thank you Netflix and Sense8 fans. I still want more, but this is gold.
