Thank you Rainflower for this post! I am a stay at home mom right now but I promise you that if our financial situation changed I would be looking for work immediately. Government assistance is meant to help those in emergencies get themselves back on track, shame on the Brown family for taking advantage.

Here is an interview they did with Access Hollywood talking about the real reason for the move. They were not forced out of Utah and there was no threat to them at all. You are right, drama sells!

I can understand how Josh's parents would be disappointed that the baby is not his. It's not a great way to start out a marriage that your son's new wife cheated on him already and got pregnant by someone other than their son.. I don't think that the baby being half black is even the problem....it's more a disappointment that the baby is not biologically their sons more than being a racial thing. This said not knowing the parents at all or their views. Just saying it is understandable that they would be disappointed. I'm sure the whole family will eventually accept the baby if they haven't already. Still doesn't mean they don't wish the baby was Josh's.
I absolutely agree that it is the infidelity, not the race that is the issue and I don't think anyone feels otherwise. In fact every post I have seen about Kaya has been positive. She is a beautiful little girl who is very loved. I have to say that Aleksandra's in laws have been very supportive of her as well, throwing her birthday parties and buying all the baby essentials. If there is turmoil at home it is not being shared on social media by the family at all.

That guy seems to be a dancer and muscian so I can see Aleksandra looking up to him. She is really into dancing, maybe he taught her at one point? Either way, I went to his vk profile and he references his family but no mention of a daughter. He has a photo from his sons wedding, but none of Aleks. He has a photos of Svetlana from a few years ago, maybe they dated at one point? I acknowledge that I am not an expert in genetics but I still think there is no way this man fathered a lilly white, blonde hair, blue eyed daughter. Whatever the truth may be I wish Aleksandra and Josh the best!

I am following this because I know Josh's family. When I compare Aleksandra to Vlad and this Cuban man, well, it seems so obvious to me! Ah well, what do I know?! ;)

Why do you believe that is her biological father? I don't speak Russian so I don't know if in the documentary you linked talked about him having a daughter? Just curious. This whole situation seems so cut and dry to me but I welcome all insights! :)

I just looked at Sventlana's Facebook profile and she has deleted all pictures of Vlad. That is odd because there used to be several of them all together on there. I thought they were the cutest parents on the show!
*I just realized that because I am facebook friends with 2 of Josh's brothers more photos show up for me vs public.

That isn't true! He has an public facebook profile with tons of photos of them together. He is also friends with all of Josh's family. I creeped his facebook last year and he talked about his granddaughter being born but it looks like the posts about the baby have been deleted.

Aleksandra is saying that the white guy who appeared on the show with her (who looks just like her) is actually her stepfather and her real Dad is black. I am assuming Vlad and Svetlana know the truth and are just happy their daughter and granddaughter have a future with a patient/kind/bright/understanding future doctor in America who appears head over heels in love with Aleks. From seeing her interact with her parents on the show I think there is a lot of love there and they just want her to be happy.

I agree completely! I just hope that they are open and honest with their darling little girl and not try and hide who she really is. I truly hope that Josh and Aleksandra can make it but I worry about their mismatched personalities. Opposites attract but these two are just... I don't know.

Yes, she calls that guy Papa, she also has other Cuban friends on social media that she calls Brother and Sister.
"As far as the little girl looking nothing like Josh, Aleksandra explains that “Kids may look like their grandparents and nothing like their own parents.” She then points out that her daughter is the spitting image of her mother. “I don’t look like my mom or dad, I look more like my grandma. This is her Mom by the way and no, her baby doesn't look anything like her.
I just went back and checked the dates and it appears Aleksandra may have been pregnant before marrying Josh? Her and Josh got married on August 7, 2015 so that means that even if she got pregnant on their wedding night she would have been due in May. She gave birth in March.

Aleksandra went on a solo trip to Russia right after her and Josh got married. Now she has a bi-racial baby. Most people are speculating that the father is her best friend who still lives in Russia.

Aleksandra and Josh are a terrible match and I had a bad feeling about those two from the beginning. Josh is so sheltered and timid, he fell for the first girl that looked his way. I think with the right partner he would really blossom. How cringy was it when Aleksandra was talking about how she would scream at Josh?! Mood swings are normal post pregnancy but I don't doubt a lot of the screaming was her shutting down the paternity issue. I wonder what Josh's parents think about this.

It is not official but I do think they will be renewed. Last season was a snooze but with Mykelti's wedding and Maddie's baby they have more then enough material.

That is Deirdre, her neighbor. The Brown children swam in her pool in the episode where the wives went to San Francisco.

I think a story line for next season will be about postpartum depression or Robyn struggling with her health and her relationship with Kody. She is aging horribly, she is not a healthy person. We did see at the end of last season her being ticked off with Kody but I suspect they will go deeper into that when the show starts again.

I seem to recall idiot Kody taking to twitter to say that the woman was not dressed modestly or something like that and I couldn't believe that he would diss a potential investor like that, so her being an actor makes sense. Still though, it seems very bold to lie about their numbers in a public forum, but this is the Brown Family after all.....sheesh!

I am re-watching the episode "Polygamists in the Shark Tank" right now. When I first watched it I wasn't paying much attention but watching it again it seems they did much better business in the beginning then I suspected. Kody tells potential investors that in 2012 they had 10 products and made $45,000 and then in 2013 they added 60+ products and ended up making $180,000. I was thinking they were selling a few trinkets here and there so the numbers really shocked me.

I first read about this show on ONTD when someone posted an article about reciting your wedding vows during sex. I just had to see who these weirdos were. I had a quick glance at Audrey and Jeremy's social media and then tuned in for the show, expecting to see an exuberant couple with a lust for life and each other, but that is nothing what I see on camera. These two seem so bored all the time, but it is a fake bored. They so want to be the center of attention but they don't want to be obvious about it so they roll their eyes, stare at the floor and don't make eye contact.
Despite these two, the show is holding my interest.

If you go to Logan's instagram you will see pictures of Kody there, also Robyn and her kids. You have to click on the arrow on the right hand side of this picture and it will take you to the Kody pics.
