That was very manipulative on his part to use his child and wife to get sympathy from the manager in order to get a job. How can he afford to fly his family back to Brazil if he can't even afford to buy dog food? I know I know TLC funded. What in the world was Karine thinking when she got with him. Paul's shown her multiple times who he really was yet she still married him. Was she that desperate to escape poverty in Brazil? All these couples on the show don't make sense to me...

I have no idea what I just watched last night. All I can see is a show with no real purpose anymore whose 'star' let the fame go to her head and turned into a narcissistic bully. I really liked Whitney in S1 as it was a show that showed someone struggling with PCOS and trying to lose weight which I had in common with her. Her parents used to be sweet but I think fame went to their heads too at least for Babs it sure did. Basically they're a bunch of boring people now. And Whitney, everyone is plain tired of your constant excuses for everything. During the entire interview I could see the wheels spinning in her head trying to justify so many things that made no sense and giving the death stare anytime someone called her out on it. She is so deep in denial and delusion it's sad. Bringing Kerryn and Lennie in was just plain cringe-worthy. I feel like TLC was trying to copy their best to be like the Real Housewives reunions, and boy did they ever fail (Real Housewives of Atlanta by far has the best drama-filled reunion specials). What the hell will S4 be about anyway? The redemption season? I was seriously considering going to see her at the Toronto Curvy Women's conference this past July so glad I didn't! I'm the same age as Whitney, and I'm astounded by how immature she is. She acts like a perpetual college freshman. She hadn't had a real career in anything up until TLC 'discovered' her (I read her book too). All she ever talks about is how life is so unfair because of her size. As a person with PCOS I had to learn how to eat the right way so I don't balloon like she has and it is a pain but at least I can tie my shoes.
