Paola is probably Rh negative (10% of women are). Women that are Rh negative have devastating problems carrying a baby to term unless the man is also Rh negative. Pao already had a miscarriage, which means she's already sensitized. It's not good news.

There is treatment for that, a shot of gamma globulin after a birth or miscarriage (at least that’s what they did 35 years ago).  There shouldn’t be any problems.

Some friends and I were watching the royal wedding this morning and commenting on what a pleasant change Meghan's dress was from the stuff so many brides are now wearing. One of the commentators said they expected to see knock offs of it in Kleinfield's within the week.  No doubt an exaggeration but presumably there will be seamstresses working hard to get copies out asap.  It will be interesting to see how many brides actually decide to go with that look.  No lace, no decorations, modest neckline....when was the last time we saw a kleinfield bride in a dress like that?

When is the last time we saw a Kleinfeld bride with her own boobs?

Old ones with new date, with Retro put in the title, at least according to the U-verse.
I deleted almost all of them, because they haven't aged well.
This was a new thing back then, but now, there are so many makeover shows, and I've quit almost all of them too.
I may look at the new ones, but I think I've outgrown them.

Me too, and with a $2000 budget, you can be sure everything will look cheap. Design concept on one of the retro shows last night:  black fringe around the bottom of the sofa. That’s not going to fly after we’ve seen all the upscale shows, Property Bros., Flip or Flop, etc.

  4. I was really looking forward to this reboot, but I’m watching some old shows tonight, and they haven’t aged well. There’s a lot of joking around, giggling, and Paige comes across as a silly airhead. (I used to love her.) I hope they update more than the design styles, because the stars will look foolish, since they’re so much older, if they don’t.

IMO, Whitney really is a lovely girl.  When I see photos like the one above it reminds that she really is rather attractive.

It seems like her face and neck are much thinner than those of other people her size. I’m thinking of Mama June who had a thinner body but huge neck and face. Nada too, so she looks much better then they do.

What if you don't know the name of the father? Like you had so many partners you cant be sure who got you pregnant or the pregnancy was the result of a one night stand and you don't even know his name or something (it happens, not judging).

    Just curious.

Sometimes they run a number of paternity tests.  When the mom finds out there won’t be any assistance, it’s amazing how quickly she remembers the father’s name.

If they are already on or planning to apply for public assistance, it’s unlikely that they identify the father on the birth certificate.  The state can seek child support payments directly from the father if the mother seeks public assistance. I believe this is true in all states.

In NYS, the mother HAS to name the father, or she is ineligible for public assistance.

Why do so many guys on this show have eyebrows with vertical lines in them? Luis, Azan, Brother Evelyn. Is this a trend I'm unaware of?

Around here it used to indicate some gang affiliation.
