    Caila looks good in this style of dance. I wouldn't have even noticed Shelbi in the back if I hadn't read the above post.

    I've wondered this too. When I was slightly stalking her Instagram I saw that they somewhat recently (past year or two I think) moved to Utah because of his job. I wonder what the plan is, assuming the whole family wouldn't move for a dcc salary lol. I still think her Instagram is kinda crazy but I will say she is pretty gorgeous. I'd just love to see more natural pics of her instead of all full pageant makeup with false lashes.

    Can we get back to the fun posts. Txstar35, you're kinda a downer. 

     

    Did if anyone else see the post hunter made on InstAgram about the mavs tryouts? Not fully confirming she was trying out again but hinting at it. I have to say she's grown on me. I hope she works on "dcc style" and tries out next year.

    honestly, this board and the twop board have been around as long as the show. I can't imagine TCC or current DCC not being aware of it. They're naive if they aren't checking to see what people comment on the Internet. 

    Yeah I didn't appreciate that "creepy" comment and I'm not sure i believe he/she is anything more than us observers. Catfish sounds delicious ;) hehe

    Well, I respectfully disagree. Wasn't it last season that Charlotte (I think) said someone had a granny face? And we're harsh? Haha

Though the talent that shined through was extremely promising and proved to be even better in the form of many Veterans and TCC solos and field session performances. I think many of yall jumped the gun when it came to the videos summited for The Vote being frankly overly critical and truthfully ruthless ha! Keep in mind the TCC learn that combination that day and must seemingly perfect it in a matter of hours that even some of the veterans in past years struggled to do with ample time. The comments made about "candidates looking to the alumni to catch on to where they were in the combination" were valid because many of them do that but at the same time everyone has a brain fart and needs a little reminder some more than others. As to comments on solos that majority of yall haven't seen in their entirety I find that a bit presumptuous to for an opinion based on a costume. As they say "you cant judge a book by its cover" referring back to the comments about Khalyn and others costumes or footwear. I will say there wasn't much disagreement with the final ladies new and returning to training camp per the judges choices from DCC Staff, Veterans, Alumni, and Fans who were in attendance at auditions. I think there could have been up to three more Vets that could have been cut due to their performance and there lack of during the season. Some did look soft in their solos and on the big screen in the forms of their dancing and figure. I believe they had a wake up call at auditions and hope they will realize the gift they were given on being invited back and will get it together so there isn't another Hanna situation. I do believe this will be an extremely emotional and special training camp due to it being the last at VR. I'm sure many of you assume what you think will happen and who you think will make the final cut this year, but I suppose it refers back to the good ole saying "Don't assume. assuming makes an...." :) ha! its going to be an interesting summer, we look forward to checking on yalls comments and "spoilers" as the summer goes on!

    I think these boards are extremely fair on what we see and what we know and acknowledge that we don't see. If you don't want us to judge the solos for the fan vote, simply don't have a fan vote for us to judge lol. I think everyone takes in consideration that they learn that quickly and even the best make mistakes.

    Google alert will set off a sanctimonious crying spree with a former TCC that Can't Be Names, because she has a google alert for herself. 

    Who is the second former tcc cry baby? Well, I mean what does her name rhyme with, lol!

    They have/had this Hunter girl - seems very hip hop and is more cute than pretty IMO.

    They have/had TCC Emily R. who I'd say is a DCC style dancer who is pretty good, but makes mistakes and is sloppy.  Very pretty and glamorous, but it may have been the Mavs that styled her that way.

    They rejected Vivian - who is gorgeous and great at the hip hop style.

    So do they pick girls based on looks?, dance style?, something else?  Or is it some combo of factors.  Who knows.

    I think Kat looks great doing that combo above and she was clearly the strongest dancer in the video by far.  Wouldn't call her glamorous though, she is more "cute" and has a nice personality.  I really hope she makes the team if she tries out either way cause I want her to be happy and I'd like to see her dancing on a team.

    I'm curious what's going on w/ her Twitter handle being DCC again.

    Vivian might have not made the mavs for more her personality. I think she has a reputation of being very into herself. (Have you seen her Facebook? It's pretty funny). Plus she's thick. I personally think she looks great, but she looks thicker now than she did during dc tc. 

    I agree with everyone on kat. I think she's a great dancer but it seems power is her issue, which would make her a terrible fit for the mavs.

    As for the rest of it, I really have no clue what they look for, but ever since they took the above unmentioned, it has made me think they're not always looking for the best dancers and maybe they look for great ambassadors. Of course they have some great dancers on their team, but they have some that aren't super strong either. Based on that I think Kat has a good chance of making it and I hope she gets it if that's what she wants.

    I'll add that I'm not saying I think Kat is a bad dancer. I actually like her dancing. She just obviously is not going to be the most powerful in the room.

    Better be careful posting KD's name. She'll blast you on Twitter for talking about her. ;)

    Sounds like some funny things happened last year with... Umm that one girl whose name rhymes with shmathryn.
