When I saw her at the Alumni performance my first thought was that she looked like she was trying to conceal a bump!
There was a quick Instagram video where I noticed that she might be…but maybe it is just the Texas bbq her hubby makes…looks delicious!

You’re welcome! Glad to find something current. All these years I knew there were practice boots but not 3 pairs for each cheerleader! Taking good care of those feet! Boots off to Lucchese!

I just stumbled upon the makeover episode of season 7. There was this very awkward moment between Kelli and Rainer when discussing Danielle's hair. They were disagreeing about hair color and the tension was palpable. Rainer looked pretty pissed off at one point, telling Kelli not to complain if Danielle didn't look good...
I just wonder whether this was the beginning of the end for them and one of the reasons why they switched to Tangerine?
Yes, that was the last time we saw Rainer. I believe there was at least one or maybe 2 salons used after Rainer left and then they hired Tangerine. I preferred Rainer’s makeovers.

Let me start off by saying I DO NOT KNOW THESE GIRLS PERSONALLY. I started watching the show when it was airing in September/October 2019 and since I have rewatched the older seasons and caught up. I live in the areas that are shown on the TV show. It has almost become like a game of “where’s waldo” because of how often I see or hear things about people associated with DCC.
Example: I can not tell you how many times I saw Meredith at my grocery store during the 2019-2020 season. She was always on her phone with parents or boyfriend (you could hear her call them mom/dad/babe from aisles over) Her voice is the exact same as it is on the show, Kelli’s sedated comment from season 13 finals fits her to a T. (Not making fun of it but I was surprised when I heard her talk casually and realized that’s just her voice)

Jayln is just built super petite, tiny, small. If anyone is familiar with Kibbe body types I would place her as a flamboyant gamine/gamine. I will never forget the day Jayln was standing in front of me inside my local Chick-fil-a. She ordered a kids meal with grilled nuggets, fruit cup, ice water with lemon, and a order of waffle fries to share with an older women she was meeting with. The group I was with already had a booth and Jayln with the older women picked one right behind us. (I’m guessing because the booths were away from playground so it was quieter) I could hear them talking and working on their computers on Jayln’s business, which I now know is her event planning business. So YES she goes to “drive through hamburger joints or fried chicken places”. I hope none of the girls have serious EDs but I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone that has worn the uniform or been in training camp has some level of disordered eating.
I have very mixed feelings about DCC/MTT. Because of the years of what I have seen and heard about the whole Cowboys organization. There are so many things that if you didn’t watch the show or know who these people are by name and face, you wouldn’t care to remember it. I am not seeking any of this out. Sometimes I would be listening to someone telling a story about their friend and it ends up being a DCC/DCC adjacent. It is hard to hear things like lot of the girls of the team were/are anti-COVID-19 vax or the mechanics behind thing like DCC’s weddings. But seeing them go to the same grocery stores/shops/restaurants/etc as me reminds me that they real people too.
I do love rewatching the show for the dancing and the personal journeys of these women. If I’m being completely honest this show (especially during the peaks of the pandemic) has given me a lot of comfort and motivation to keep going. Some of my recent favorite DCCs are Bridget, Hannah, Taylor P, Heather O, Lily, Kelcey, Claire, Gina, Madeline M, Madeline S, Jayln, Amber M, Jensen, Megan, and Lea.
This is a good post! I love to rewatch the shows also. I saw Brooke Sorensen at Home Goods one time…she was a lot taller than I had imagined and I think most of the girls are on the taller side. Taller can be leaner if they are targeting a rookie weight. The shorts just keep getting shaved shorter too. I do wonder if some of them are using the weight loss shots too. It can account for being extra skinny in a speedy time, I believe. And I have seen an actress put 3 leaves of spinach into her bowl for her salad. Only 3..lol.

Edit: Her wedding registry says Kapolei, Hawaii which is on the main island. Wow - very lucky she didn't pick Maui. She may of had to reschedule.
The link says because of the Maui fires they have moved the wedding to Oahu.

Update: If you open the photo in a new tab you can see that they all have a weird white border around them almost as if they were too lazy to take the time to cut off all of the white background off of the photos. The rookies also have their headshot photos up on their page but not the vets (they have the headshots from previous years) although Zoe's headshot photo is badly sized compared to the other rookies. Hopefully they fix that soon.

Also based on the fact that the cameo photos are up but not the squad photo, it most likely means that we are getting yet another photoshop made squad photo instead of an IRL squad photo. Which sucks cause that means that Kelcey, Chandi and Victoria are the only girls left that have been a part of an IRL squad photo. I miss it tbh.

They also lost former TCC Mel Park and former auditioner Brittany-Elle who is now a rookie on the Raiderettes.The only dancer left from MTT days is Hunter Blackwell, the finalist who couldn't think of the last book she read in season 11 interviews.
Oh and Stephanie DiBiase is still there as coach.
Haven’t seen a pic of Tara since the cut on DCC…checked out her instagram..WOW….what a makeover. It’s like those glamour shots from the 90’s!! Seriously, how does one get a makeover that drastic…asking for a friend!

TPTB may make it longer if they have more spots but I doubt it's going to take them as long as it did during the show to fill those spots. They'll probably go back to taking taking who they want and a few extras in case someone gets injured or just doesn't pan out like expected and be done with it in a month or a little more.
I also wouldn't be surprised if TPTB had continued with the practice of sending out videos of the dances ahead of time and expected the girls to have learned the dances ahead of time so that all they had to do in Training Camp was polish everything up and see how the girls do in person.
I always wonder who might have made the team in earlier years if they would have had the dance videos and the gift of time to learn and memorize the dances before training camp. There was always a few dancers who were cut for weak memories.

I think it was following a thread about dcc and how buff they are concerning the comparisons of drag shows in Texas vs the Dcc…lots of people riffing on the theme. But I did see on instagram some other dcc cheerleaders are on a uso tour…but didn’t really pay attention to the date. It didn’t say where they were but it def says 2023. I thought it was funny.

I put in Dallas Cowboys cheerleader in search on twitter (not hashtag) just to see what has been happening last week. The first thing that came up under top tweet is a video of VK and the comment was like “ never forget when this Dallas Cowboys cheerleader ruined dancing. The video is still there and it is something for sure.

I was rewatching and Jay met everyone at the grocery store. He did say 2 things that are now being repeated in this day and age. 1. If it has more than 5 ingredients do not eat it and 2. Eat your carbs by 3pm. He didn’t like the popcorn for a snack?? I like it.

I agree and too young to have work done. But with Kashara, she looks so different I just can’t decide what exactly was done. Perhaps it is work with filters..lol…Snapchat makes me look like the good old days!

Curiously, I do not recognize pics of Kashara anymore. Maddie posted a pic and I absolutely did not recognize Kashara. What exactly has changed? I haven’t been back to this board for a few years until recently…thanks for any info.

As much as I want the show back they would really need to reformat it. The 20/21 seasons were hard to keep up with. Looking at the squad photos I can only name half of the girls. Also, the girls coming into TC can already dance and basically have "the look". I think it would be hard to gain interest. I think If they brought it back it should be a docu of the season: TC, calendar shoot, games, appearances, charity work.
I agree the candidates are much stronger now but also the season where covid was rampant, did the candidates learn the dances ahead of time? Also, as someone said..Paramount+ has seasons 1-15.

The last time I watched in the USA those complete scenes were there. I did notice at the dining etiquette scene where I thought the lady had Victoria stand up and then tell her that the pink dress was inappropriate was cut. That scene was definitely removed.
