Personally, I can't stand Carisi at all. He's annoying, and I don't find him cute. I also don't find him all that young looking, he looks like a typical guy in his mid-late 30's. For me, he has the charisma of a door-knob and I just about want to turn down the volume when he appears on my screen. Worst addition to the cast ever. His over-eagerness is irritating and unprofessional. He's supposed to be 30, and at 30 one is well into adulthood. He shouldn't be behaving like an over-eager teen even if he is "only" 30. Maybe Barba and the rest will treat Carisi with respect when he deserves to be treated with respect.
