I felt bad for the younger kids when Jessica mentioned that they are renting a house that is empty 9 months out of the year. When they had an episode last season where they visited my hometown I looked at their tour schedule and it was jammed packed. Looking at it now it's still quite demanding. While the younger kids are starting to play different instruments in the band they are spending the majority of the year in a bus and hotel rooms while their older siblings and parents follow a dream/career. They are getting a unique experience for sure but when Toby was talking about creating plots on the land they own he mentioned the older kids could sell their land to their younger siblings later if they didn't want it. With 150 (??) acres I'd think he could set plots up for all his kids but it sounded like just the older kids would get a plot. That made me a little sad for the younger ones.
I took it a little different, I thought they were all getting a plot but if they chose to not use it they could sell it to one of their siblings that may want extra land. Yeah that's enough land that they won't have a close neighbor, plenty for everyone.

I caught a part where I think Jen was crying and I think she said something like "they think I want to take over" or something like that, but did they ever address that or did I miss something.

I really feel bad for Hannie, it looks like she is now an official J'slave.
and who are they kidding "Hannie decided it was more fun to hang out with the older girls, do laundry, cook meals.....yadda, yadda, yadda" no kid, without prompting, forcing, would choose that over playtime. Ever.

Have they said where they will be living...I can't imagine being out on my own for the what 6,7,8 years they have been married and moving back in that house with all those people. Anna being stuck in the girls dorm, smh.....with all her kids in tow.

To me, Bill seems like he was happiest when he's working on big projects -- the pet store, the wedding, the fashion show. Even when we saw footage in the beginning where he was working from home at the medical sales company, he seemed bored as hell.
The only problem with that personality is that it's very hard to ever feel fulfilled. He's probably always looking forward to the next project without any kind of direction to move him forward. His two goals in life is a fat bank account and not working for "the man" in a 9-5 job, which he's already accomplished.
sounded like you were describing another famous "short stature man"......Matt Roloff lol. He does love his projects and overseeing them, waiting impatiently to start the next one.

I agree - i wasn't a fan when she started going really short but it suits her so much better! And the short and bleach blonde was just not good either. The dark is a lot better.
Growing up we were never allowed to have our hair cut, although I'm grown now and cut my hair to my liking, when they went in and cut all her hair off it saddened me. I was thinking how cute this little doll would be with her long black hair....but it suits her too.a.tee!! She is adorable. Jen's dark hair and makeup looks much better on the darker scale also, IMO.

Jen's answers were far better than Bill's usual bs. I did not like Bill's dismissive attitude about her future health related goals.
It just appeared to me he kept undermining her answers, making her second guess what she was saying . I enjoy the show, he just grated on a nerve last night.

kids are adorable, seem well adjusted, love that they are becoming more vocal and you can understand most of what they say....wish Bill hadn't appeared to be "over it" before the interviewing started, IMO.

Also a bit sad to see Josh/Bill go their separate ways. Though they fought more than most married people I know. ;) Still, kinda like Tickle/Tim, I think they work best together despite the occasional butting of heads.
That was one thing I waited on....to see what would happen each season with Josh & Bill, they were hilarious. Hope for their friendship they can patch things up, if not for the show, at least for themselves.

No. I think it was the mom from this family. This show was on the OWN channel before it was on TLC. I'm pretty sure she wanted a tummy tuck.
yes, I saw this too. She went to the plastic surgeon, actually wanted a boob job too ;) I've wondered if she ever got it.

The way the kids, all of them, still refer to her as mommy, just seems odd to me.

I actually had to google "can lights" have only ever referred to the lights they were installing as recessed lights. Apparently some people use the term can lights, that term just sounded so backwards to me for some reason.... I know, I'm petty lol.
