I wouldn't be surprised if any wrap-up is going to be either an animated movie (relatively easy to do, and more time-and-cost effective than a show), an add-in to a Flash crossover/Very Special Episode, or nothing.
Lots of shows never get an ending, so it wouldn't surprise me, but I'd be happy to be wrong.

I'm going to miss it, but I'm not entirely surprised. It had an old-fashioned feel, which might not have clicked with newer viewers.

I don't know how much of The Walkout was staged, reshot, etc.
Interesting that at least two of the people who went first in their group have been on Saturday Night Live.

...Yeah, Jack in the Box is definitely the one we were all dreading.
It was kind of interesting watching the clue package when I knew who it was (or it was a really thorough fakeout.)

My only thoughts:
"What Is It?" was probably my favorite sketch, especially when Chris Redd offered to give her $50.
It seemed like the size/satisfaction jokes about the Six Flag Guy(s) were an ad-lib, but it was a nice twist either way.
QuoteI did think there was too much breaking all around.
This was my only complaint, but there was also as sense that Lizzo just brought so much fun that it was infectious.
In the Beanie Babies sketch, I thought it was funny that I had a Beanie Baby that looked like one of those (paid $7 for it at a store; I liked it; I don't think it ever got valuable.)

The "Truck you, you Truckin' Truck" sketch may have been based on at least one real album from the 70's; shortly after "Convoy" was a big hit, they put together a compilation of trucker songs. "Ghost Trucker" would have fit right in, except that at the time, Flamin' Hot Cheetos didn't exist.

I'm glad the Lemur got to see that she was liked (I thought she should have lasted longer) from people who didn't know who she was.
That might have been my favorite version of The Climb; I've only heard one other cover, so I don't have a lot to go on, but I liked it.

I didn't notice the white pants at first, but there is one other reason they wouldn't be stupid: if they were old and/or didn't fit right. I didn't look closely enough to notice if that would apply (I have noticed people on TV rarely seem to wear worn-out clothes.)
That could have been clarified with dialogue, but it's at least a possibility.

Does anyone know what the ratings are like when they run Christmas specials in the off season? I'm guessing if they were higher, someone would do that more often, but it seems like a way to stand out.
This would be especially useful for movies like Die Hard, where there's debate over whether it's a Christmas movie at all.

And here's the misspelled Don't Stop Belevin on spotify:
Thanks, I wondered why it was such an oddly specific reference. It was funny even without the context ("Those aren't the words!").
I liked it better than the advice sketch, even though the latter was a nice callback.

I enjoyed The Clusterfunke Christmas, but maybe I was in just the right mood for it (I'm a sucker for product placement jokes, and I thought the lead actress was amazing; for me she hit the right notes between dry self-awareness and staying in the moment.)
That said, Christmas parodies are hard--partly because there's often one joke (some exceptions, like some Robot Chicken Christmas specials), and that's hard to stretch for two hours. Also, it's hard to make fun of something already a comedy, or already fun. A shorter attempt is better, which is why so many SNL skits are funny (like the one about a woman dating three guys from Christmas movies--it parodied a lot of tropes, then got out before the joke wore too thin, or their alternate ending to It's A Wonderful Life.) The only other option is to go dark, and that can be very hit-or-miss, since for some people they wonder if their relatives really are zombies, etc.
That said, I hope your Christmas is nice.

On the CW Network, Beebo Saves Christmas is streaming. It's animated, and very light, and looks like if the Arrowverse (specifically, Legends of Tomorrow) was sending us a Christmas special. It had all original songs, which is rare these days.
On the other end of the spectrum, The Solar Opposites Holiday Special is NOT for kids (unless you're OK with your kids seeing lots of strong language and violence.) It had lots of callbacks to other Christmas tropes, and was occasionally meta, and I thought it was extremely funny, but it's TV-MA for a reason.

First, congratulations on 15 seasons!
Second, I loved the first one, just because I enjoy some absurd fun. The plots ranged from the almost-plausible (outfitting some Jan. 6 people) to the off-the-rails (going very quickly from ballot-watching to ballot fraud), but I enjoyed the ride.
Finally, I also enjoyed the way they tried to address problems with blackface, etc. in the second one without breaking character, and the twist at the end (I thought it would end up as just a movie completely without them, but they found a better ending).

The only comment I'll add is that Melissa Benoist and Jeremy Jordan sang the wedding song really well.
I enjoyed it immensely; thanks for giving it an ending.

Congratulations, Legends of Tomorrow, and thanks for reminding me why I liked the show so much. And also for ALP singing really well.

I just wanted to thank everyone for such an enjoyable discussion on such a great show.
I wonder if Selena will be a blonde in season 2. I'd enjoy it if she did, and no one seems to notice/care.

Also, Nate played football with JFK and had a good relationship with him, if he has to become Hoover and do what Hoover did, that would be a betrayal of JFK.
Nate might still do it if the alternative is that the timeline gets VERY messed up. But there's also the whole issue that Hoover had lots of other issues that Nate doesn't seem to have (the files, going after MLK, etc.) Nate might try to be a better J. Edgar Hoover, but it would be a balancing act.

I'm on the "It could be Bunny" train as follows:
1. She wants the podcaster/detectives out.
2. She doesn't like disruptions, and both the podcast and the bassoon player fit that.
3. Like everyone else, she didn't like the cat, and the poison matches...
4. The poison used on Tim Kono, who was very disruptive for the building. She might have even had a master key, and knew about the stealing/B & E.
None of that is a smoking gun, so I'm still at "possible." Maybe she did it to please Sting, which would be a little too real for me, but could fit.

The new gimmicks (the I Know Who It Is buzzer and the wild cards) are distracting for me, though I like Pepper's performance a lot.
Larry the Cable Guy makes it further in a singing competition than Toni Braxton, though he did a great job with the Flintstones theme. That's a sentence I *never* thought I'd type, because she's that talented, but that's the fun of the show.
If you have to explain what the clues mean after the singer is revealed, they're not great clues. For the more subtle clues, I'm fine with that.
The timing seems off; this reveal seemed to have more time after he was unmasked.

The mask on the mask explains a lot; good luck, Ms. Braxton.

This is going to be the biggest surprise in the history of surprises....until next week.

I finally noticed some cursing in this episode (first time I've picked up on it) but it never felt out of place to me.
I didn't notice it as much. Either I was overly sensitive the first few episodes, or, and this is the most logical theory, they hastily edited the last few episodes to accommodate one big fan's tastes and preferences. If so, thanks, and it's overcast, so no, at the moment the sky is not blue in my world, but you don't need to keep asking because I was kidding except about being a big fan.
Moving on, I loved the way they're fitting the pieces together. I thought Mabel was going to reciprocate about feeling more alive, but she's got to be true to who she is. That's a great thing about this show, everyone does that.
Nice way to bring the detective back in, and to give her some more backstory.

I can say, without fear of contradiction*, that when this is over it will be remembered as two hours that happened.
* Not counting pre-empting in some time zones for California election results/coverage, possibly storm coverage, etc. Hopefully, your DVR can adapt or you can watch it on demand later if that's the case.

Then stop her again and tell her to sing an original song, not the same old same ole he's heard a zillion times and finds so sleep inducing.
If the song is Nessun Dorma, some of the audience will cheer him doing this. (There's a reason music by kids, and opera, don't have bigger ratings--they're hard, possibly much harder, to do well.)

S47.E20: Selena Gomez / Post Malone
in Saturday Night Live
I liked it a lot.
On a more serious note, I hope Selena Gomez finds someone that's a fit for her (though that was a funny way to handle it.)
