After years of waiting, I think I am satisfied with this outcome. There are defiantly a lot of questions still unanswered but a lot of them were. I think they tied the stories together as much as they possibly could. I understand people will take this transgender -A personally, but at the same time are we never supposed to tell a story about any demographic that could potentially be offended. I think kuddos to the writers for going there and not being afraid to do it. As to why they couldn't just make Cece, Ali's twin as they did in the books...they have said from the beginning they wanted it to be different from the books. This outcome gives them that opportunity without technically straying too far from it.
With all this said, I do still wish Ezra was Uber A. :-)
