When the ex-pats in Nigeria were warning Mykull about "the South", it reminded me of when I moved from California to North Carolina for grad school. My California friends were all, "The South?? Are you insane? Haven't you seen Deliverance??"
Chapel Hill has about as much in common with Deliverance as it does with Star Wars. I'm sure Mykull will be fine.
