He knew his siblings cared about Hope Or do u think Freya who helped Finn to find Hope in a first place , safer to trust. I understand that Klaus might be a terrible Terrible person, but the fact that he agreed to send her away when the baby's life was in danger proves that he doesn't see her as property. Plus he never tried to kill the mother , even in last night's episode proves how much he cares for that child.

With all respect I am asking you why do you blame Klaus in NB Kol's death. And if we have been watching the same show I just didn't see it. And I am not a fan girl I just think sometimes, in certain circumstances cruelty gets things done. Again what's better to be feared or loved? In Klaus' case he needed to make his enemies fear him, crush them so théy wouldn't come after him.

Can we just look at a bigger picture for a second??? Let's say Klaus stay daggered. They go through with a plan, Dahlia realizes it is a fake baby, but she is still immortal , because of freya's blood, kills them all within a second, finds Hayley, which would not be that difficult, kills her , Jackson and the whole wolf pack and disappears with baby Hope. Do u really think that Klaus after realising what could have happened to all of them, and especially Hope, has he not been undaggered by Dahlia could be calm and risk anything. Dahlia is extremely calculative and smart she had to believe that Klaus is on her side , she obviously heard of his cruelty towards his enemies and Klaus by doing what he did ,distracted her attention from actually killing the ones he cared about , even hayley, because dahlia was determined to kill her , death is iireversible , curse is. Or would you have preferred Elijah realising that because of his stupidity he notnonly lost his niece but also the woman he actually loved, knowing his guilt , i doubt he would have survived , because that would have been solely on him. He HAD to make it look convincing!!! Otherwise Dahlia wouldn't believe that he was on her side and kill them all. She had to think he was really angry and hated them, and yes Klaus doesn't care about many people , but the ones he care about he will protect no matter what it cost to the rest . Not even once I have seen him torturing them this season, he stood by them , saved them and was overall not a terrible brother. And once again it was their choice to dagger him in crucial moment, when his daughter's life was in danger which would eventually get them killed anyways. By sticking papa tunde's blad into elijah and leaving rebekah with marcel he saved their lives, isn't that obvious, he made believe that it was his punishment since dahlia would have ended them in a second, considering the fact that their plan didn't work since, like dahlia said the blood of a witch she loved the most wasn't freya's , i have to guess ester was the one, but she is dead. so if klaus stayed daggered , and they went through with their plan dahlia would just ended them. I agree killing Gia was a little bit cruel and tad unnessesary,but if my brother put my daughter's life in danger by daggering me, and letting mother , who had no chance against dahlia to run with the baby i would wanna teach him a lesson too, i mean if i was klaus. And he told Cami to pull the blade put, didn't he, and he didn't kill hayley and jackson, who btw would get killed by dahlia in a second too, the curse can be reversed, death can not, by doing that he saved them too

Did u even watch the show? He had to make believe he was really pissed at his siblings. And what exactly would they all have done without Klaus since Freya 's blood wasn't key ingredient, since she is not the witch dahlia loved most. and if klaus stayed daggered dahlia would just kill them . which proves exactly my point that without Klaus his siblings would have never survived for 1000 years, they are simply not smart enough, which doesn't justify his cruelty towards them, but heck, i would rather be daggered than permanently dead .

he never said they were supposed to just fall in line. he gave elijah choice, he said that he would tell him the plan if he forsaked freya. it was elijah who trusted sister, who they just met after she spent 1000 years with dahlia. and btw wasn't it freya who led finn to that house with hope where finn almost killed her

I am gonna have to disagree. I know he can be dick sometimes, actually most of the times, but he loves elijah and rebecca in his own twisted way. His siblings turn on each other really quick and with mikael being after klaus for almost thousand years who could guarantee that becca , elijah or kol couldn't be persuaded to help mikael to take klaus down. Look, i am not in denial i know he is a monster, but we are not talking about regular family here. After hope was born, klaus really hasn't done anything terrible to them. He saved Elijah from Ester, found the right words to bring him back after the red door īncident, offered himself instead of rebekah, when ester wanted to stake her body,allowed freya into his mind to save her, fully trusted elijah with hope , even though he wasnt fully there, forgave him for tatia's murder, not even once mentioned it since, was there for kol when he was dying. but they still turned on him. and for what??? because he was the only one thinking rationally about not trusting freya, he agreed to share his plan with elijah if freya wasn't involved. It didnt take much persuasion for them that to decide that klaus shouldn't be involved in his daughter's life. HIS daughter, when he fought for her safety since that day she was born and was willing to risk his life. and what makes hayley a better parent? the fact that she pretended to be friends with 12 kids just to lead them to horrible death??

Oh come on, rebecca falls in love with every guy, it is not like he killed the only guy she actually loved. He was ok with alexander,even dined with him, until they all got daggered because of rebecca's stupidity and he had to suffer hunter's curse for 52 years. And he gave marcel a chance to prove his love for his sister. he could have chosen to be with her instead of being a vampire, he could have chosen to run with them when mikael came, he could have chosen to leave with her when klaus were after them. not even once he chose her over something, so i guess klaus wasn't that wrong when he didn't let them to be together.He was ok with stefan until she chose the guy who didn't care about her over klaus, plus stefan would attract too much attentiom to them anyways and get her killed by mikael. and do u think if his siblings had a dagger that would work on him they wouldn't use it on him. rebekah didnt need many reasons to turn against her brother, summon mikael, use marcel's army , ally with davina. the same thing with elijah , at least klaus never tried to actually kill him. And yes, klaus talks about his terrible childhood, but never with his victims, as far as i remember, only with his family, especially ester and mikael.I dont remember klaus explaining to people, he is trying to kill, that he is doing that, because his daddy was cruel. dahlia was trying to steal his baby. he didn't need to see sad stories from her past. my point is that they all are killers, even hayley who lead 12 hybrids, supposedly her friends to death, they all did terrible things, but for some reason klaus is always the monster. and look as soon as they had that dagger they used it on klaus, even though he was the only one thinking rationally about not trusting freya.

amen, finally someone said that. what did he do so bad this season that everyone is so against him and call himabusive. all i have seen so far is the guy who is hell bent on saving his baby , saves his brother, forgives him for killing the love of his life, opens his mind to an enemy to save his sister, offers himself to his mother instead of rebekah to save her, stands by kol when he dies, actually calls him family, offers jackson to come live with him , despite his fear of his daughter calling someone else father, hwlping hayley to overcome her issues with her pack , trusting elijah with his daughter's life, despite the fact that he is not quite himself. have we all been watching the same show. yes, he has anger issues, but his family, aka elijah and rebekah chose to stand by him and believe in him, and his redemtion, as far as i remember noone forsed them to. and now they think he is too evil to raise his own child? thats why i will always defend klaus. and btw, phoebe is a terrible actress, very beutiful yes, but sometimes her scenes are just too painful to watch

dont u thnk it is kind of selfish to take the baby away from people who fought for her from the begining, put their lives at stake and really cared about her, and lets not forget about the wolves who had no problem allying with esther for moonlight rings. and klaus has never been a hypocrite. bad guy , yes, the one who did all the dirty work in order to keep his family safe, yes, overprotective and posessive, yes, but he never even once denied being a monster. dont forget original family is not a regu'ar family, people were after them, and only klaus' ruthlesness and cruelty towards his enemies were the only reason they survived for so long. lets just agree that his siblings are not very bright. rebecca almost got them killed multiple times, for guys who never cared about her, elijah got daggered without klaus and kol and finn got themselves killed, if u look at it this way i think klaus' methods were the best way to keep his family alive. and yes elijah was always perfectly fine with klaus daggering his siblings, helped him even, but klaus dont call himself a noble one. the whole family is screwed i dont know why klaus gets all the blame for it. and yes, they have no right to deny him that baby, since elijah was the one who drag him into that, and yes, after talking about his redemption all season, after the fact that klaus did all he could to get his siblings out of trouble, especially for rebecca and now they perfectly fine with daggering him even though he will never see his daughter to grow up???

tell me what makes elijah better? he hold kol every time klaus daggered him,he said nothing when klaus daggered rebekah? he calls himself noble, but what actually makes him noble. he is perfectly fine with klaus doing bad things as long as he gets things done and elijah doesnt have a hand in it. so klaus is monster in everyone else's eyes and elijah is a good brother. he killed tatia and let everybody think it was her. klaus told elijah that he will tell him his plan if he forsakes freya because klaus doesnt trust her and he has every reason not to. and elijah is dumb enough to let hayley run, knowing that wolves are nothing against dahlia. and like klaus said itvis his child, letting the mother run with hope, without his approval is wrong. and isnt elijah the one who yearns for his redmption but when it comes to hayley accusing klaus, he will always believe her before nicklaus. rebekah is so stupid, i still remember dumb expression on her face when she took a fake cure, in front pf salvatores, knowing that they will killnher as soon as cure works.and when she realised that vampire army is nothing against klaus. klaus might be ruthless towards his enemies, but like machiavelli said:men must either be cajoled or crushed;for they will revenge themselves for slight wrongs, while for grave ones they cannot. the injury therefore that you do to a man should be such that you need not fear revenge. and btw he never actually tried to stale his siblings. kol did try to stake rebekah, and klaus stopped him. and when kol got killed klaus was actually the only one mourning him. so yeah everybody tries to paint klaus as the bad guyb, but if you actually analise his siblings actions you will realise that they are no better. plus without klaus they will get killed long time ago

elijah has never been daggered before he tried kill klaus. after that yes, but before he was actually the one helping klaus to dagger kol and was perfectly ok woth him daggering rebekah. and then he decides to kill him for that.and rebekah is just plain dumb. i am sorry but i have never had empathy. and sometimes her love affairs can be dangerous.alexander is perfect example. and he actually did let marcel to be with her , he gave him a choice, if marcel really loved rebekah he would have never let klaus to dagger her, which is exactly klaus' point. didnt he choose to stay in nola after michael burnt the city , instead of being with his true love ? that is the thing with klaus he is far smarter than his siblings and he sees things for what they are. yes, most of the time it is also fear that they will love someone more than and betray him, but isnt that what they constantly do? and in tonight's episode. klaus explained to elijah why he doesnt trust freya. wasnt she the one who helped the finn to find hope in the first place. freya has no love towards that child, she doesnt have 1000 years history with that charming bastard klaus, so nobody knows where her loyalties lies. and if dahlia offered her freedom in exchange for hope , do you really think she would think twice ? actually, klaus is the one being rational here.and what elijah does? believes everyone except klaus, and helps those idiots hay,ey and jackson to escape. again what right does he have to let anyone, even the woman he is in love with to escape with klaus' baby. and yes, klaus has done terrible things throughout his life, but when you are immortal vampire with thousand enemies you need to make people to fear you. the original family would have never survived 1000 years if people were not afraid of klaus, even elijah admitted that klaus' fierceness is the main reason the put down all their enemies , including michael. so yeah, he is the bad guy, but he never betrayed his siblings and tried to kill them

elijah helps michael to put hybrid curse on klaus, even though he was begging him to save him. then when klaus finally had an opportunity to break the curse he goes and tells everything to katherine and klaus lost an opportunity to become a hybrid for centuries. then wasn't it elijah who tried to kill klaus when he was breaking the curse and allied with salvatores?? why? because klaus daggered them? as far as i remember elijah has never been daggered before and was perfectly fine with klais daggering kol and rebekah multiple times. elijah is the biggest hypocrite of the show. then listens to hayley and accuses klaus of using hope for gaining more power. and now this? freya ? like klaus said wasn't it freya who helped finn to find hope in a first place? lets talk about rebekah. the most stupid original. remember alexander, when because of her the whole family was daggered?? and wasnt it klaus who saved them and had to suffer hunter curse for 55 years, wasnt it rebekah who brought mikael to new orleans endangering not only klaus but also elijah. and for what? for a guy who chose being a vampire, his city, davina over her ? wasnt it rebekah who let klaus be beaten by an army of vampires? and now she is telling marcel how sick she is of klaus who just an episode ago exposed his mind to freya, despite his paranoia just to save rebekah. i mean klaus is flawed and paranoid and torn by his demons but honestly his family gave him every reason to treat them the way he does. has he ever put their lives in danger? he saved rebekah when kol tried to stake her, he saved elijah when esther poisoned his mind. he built this house for them and they still see him as monster and trust others before him. i felt so terrible when they accused him of killing aiden and he had to take the blame because noone would believe in his innocence anyways. watching them choose the sister they met few days ago and some dumb hybrid who will always choose her pack over klaus was just heartbreaking. i really hope klaus would not forgive them so easily. especially considering the fact that he has done nothing wrong. at least klaus is not triing to be something he is not. he does what everyone thinks is the best option but to afraid to do it becaus it will make them to llok like a monster. someone has to be a bad guy and do a dirty work and it is always klaus
